Gather your family and head to this quaint waterfront home located on the warm, private side of the lake where you’ll discover a haven of relaxation and natural beauty! Wake up early to watch the sunrise or take the canoe out to catch the first fish of the day. Boaters can utilize the community boat ramp, less than a mile away, while everybody can make the most of the home’s one-acre grass lot and 176 ft of waterfront property by playing yard games (cornhole, kanjam, croquet), swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. At night, gather around the fire pit under the starry sky, sharing stories and reminiscing on sweet memories.

After a full day of exploring the lake, go inside to play board games, do a puzzle, or curl up with a good book. Downstairs, everyone can gather for some fun-filled competition around the foosball table or at the vintage gaming system. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and stellar lake views from the garage.

When you’re not relaxing at home, you can spend the day sampling the many local restaurants, breweries, or wineries, play a round of mini golf, or head to Lake Anna State Park for a hike.

While there is not a full-size oven, there is a countertop 32-quart COSORI 12-in-1 Convection Oven/Air Fryer with Rotisserie, which will fit two 13-inch frozen pizzas or a 9x13in baking pan in addition to a slow cooker and 2 gas grills for all your baking needs.
A double bunk bed is located on the lower level for additional sleeping quarters.
This home is located on the private 'warm' side of the lake. This home offers a community launch for guests with a boat.
Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: This home has a private boat dock that guests are welcome to tie up their boats to. The community ramp is 1/2 mile from home to launch boat.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
