Your booking includes private access to three thoughtfully appointed lodge suites, each designed for comfort and flexibility:

King David Suite
Two bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to eight guests with a private courtyard balcony view.

Jaye Bird Suite
Three bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to eight guests, with two private balconies. One features a courtyard view, and one overlooks the Brazos River.

Erma Fern Suite
One bedroom with private living area and bathroom, sleeping up to seven guests.

Each suite offers comfortable furnishings, tasteful décor, and serene spaces perfect for rest and relaxation after a full day exploring or unwinding at the ranch.


Guests enjoy access to the lodge’s stunning shared interior spaces, including:
• A grand 3,000-square-foot Great Room showcasing panoramic river bluff views ideal for relaxing, shared meals, or casual group games.
• A fully equipped chef’s kitchen with central island for convenient group cooking and casual dining.
• On-site laundry facilities for extended or family stays.


Shared outdoor amenities include the sun lounge deck, fishing dock (valid fishing license required), game room, and recreation areas with basketball, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and walking paths.
