Designed from the ground up with families in mind, this Twin Cities home is the perfect base for family reunions, multi-generational trips, holiday gatherings, hockey tournaments, Minnesota State Fair weekends, Wild and Vikings games, graduation celebrations, weddings, and any weekend getaway where you need room for the kids, the grandparents, and the family dog.

This isn't a cookie-cutter rental. Every room is thoughtfully styled, hand-painted botanical murals, playful art, bold accent walls, and a neon-lit basement game room make your stay feel like a mini-vacation in itself. But the real magic is the layout: with TWO separate living spaces, the grown-ups can relax with coffee and a movie on the main floor while the kids take over the basement for foosball, screen time, and fort-building. Everyone gets the space they need, nobody feels on top of each other, and the family dog has room to stretch out too.

The Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps up to 10 â
All three bedrooms are upstairs, keeping the sleeping spaces quiet and separated from the living areas.
⢠Primary King Bedroom - a sun-filled retreat featuring a hand-painted botanical mural as a statement headboard, warm terracotta linens, a king-size bed, and blackout curtains for deep, restful sleep. This is the grown-ups' sanctuary. (Sleeps 2)
⢠Safari Kids' Bedroom - dark emerald walls, hot-pink curtain accents, and framed tiger, lion, and leopard art set the mood in this wildlife-themed kids' room. Two full-size beds mean cousins, siblings, or best friends can bunk together. (Sleeps 4)
⢠Lavender Queen Bedroom - a cozy, quieter room with a soft purple accent wall, brass swing-arm reading sconces, a queen bed with crisp fresh linens - perfect for a couple, grandparents joining the trip, or a tween who wants their own room. (Sleeps 2)
Total in beds: 1 king + 2 full + 1 queen = 8. With flexible sofa sleeping in either of the two living rooms (both have plush family-sized sofa), the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Main-Floor Family Room - Bright and open, with a comfy sofa, and a large smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats six for family dinners, board games, puzzles, and messy craft sessions under a modern chandelier. This is the heart of the home - where everyone naturally lands for morning coffee, pizza night, and shared memories.
Basement Game Room / Second Living Space - A kid-favorite hangout featuring a classic foosball table, a wall-mounted smart TV, a plush sofa, a coffee table for snacks and games, and customizable LED mood lighting that shifts from pink party-mode to soft evening-chill. Send the kids downstairs for a tournament while the adults enjoy a quiet cocktail upstairs.

Cooking for a crowd is easy thanks to a full-size stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a stainless electric range and oven, a microwave, a toaster oven, a full-size drip coffee maker, and plenty of counter space for prep work. Open shelving is loaded with glassware, and all the cookware, bakeware, utensils, plates, bowls, and mugs you need for family breakfasts, taco nights, and holiday meals are ready to go.
