No Bedroom Windows: Please be aware that the bedrooms in this unit do not have windows.
Rooftop Deck Closure: The rooftop deck is closed for the winter season (typically from early November until spring) to ensure guest safety due to ice and snow. It will reopen when the weather warms up.
Apartment Appearance: The photos represent the style and quality of our apartments. Your specific unit may have minor differences in layout or decor, but the aesthetic and amenities are consistent.
Security: For your safety, security cameras are located in the building's outdoor and common areas (e.g., hallways, lobby). There are no cameras inside the apartment.
Smart TV: A Smart TV is provided. You will need to use your own accounts to log into streaming services. Please remember to log out before you depart.
Supplies: We provide an initial starter supply of consumables like toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed for the duration of their stay.

Please ensure you complete the necessary documentation as soon as possible. We will not be able to provide a refund if entry is denied on the day of check-in due to late submission. ★

➤ To ensure compliance with legal and property security regulations, you must provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and pass a secure verification process for a criminal background check. ➤ Please note that presenting a valid government ID is mandatory before check-in. Your check-in instructions will be provided upon successful completion of our verification process.
➤ All guests must complete the background check & submit required information before arrival. For same-day bookings, information must be submitted within one hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification criteria.

Passing the check: This is a simple formality — our guests have never had any issues!
Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.
Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.
