Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, it offers a peaceful, calm atmosphere that feels a world away—while still being just 15 minutes from both Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed to feel both elevated and easy to live in—with space to gather and space to spread out. The main living area overlooks the lake, creating a natural place to relax and spend time together. Four bedrooms offer peaceful lake views, while a cozy bunk space in the lower level gives kids or extra guests their own tucked-away spot. Upstairs, a bonus room with a foosball table and game table adds a fun, low-key place to unwind.

Step outside and enjoy direct access to Lake Owasso—a fully recreational lake perfect for swimming, boating, or simply spending the day by the water. Afterward, unwind in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna, or gather around the fire pit for a slow, cozy evening.

Please note: To respect our neighbors and comply with local short-term rental requirements, guest parking is limited to a maximum of four vehicles and must remain within designated onsite parking areas. Overnight street parking is not permitted.
