This hotel was very mismanaged. Our flight was delayed , so we did not get to the hotel until 1:30 AM. No hotel staff was there. A note at the desk gave a number to call. When we called it the person said that they had went to the airport and would be back soon. When they got back they could not find our reservation that we had book 2 months earlier, but finally just gave us rooms but told us since they didnāt know we were coming , to let us know if the rooms needed anything and that the manager would be there in the morning. There was no trash cans in the rooms, the TV didnāt work, the body was had fallen off the wall of the shower and was broken on the shower floor. and the blow dryer was broken. The next morning we were told that the manager was in meetings and couldnāt talk to us. Late that afternoon a gentleman at the desk apologized to us. Saying that he didnāt know why we had been told we had no reservation, when he remembers putting it in the system 2 months ago. He then went out of his way to fix the problems in our rooms. The front desk was unmanned most mornings and breakfast items often ran out. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool . Unfortunately the pool was ice cold and the the hot tub was barely warm. There was also some sticky on the handrail into the pool. They told us it would be fixed but in the three days we were there it wasnāt. Next time we visit Minot we will not be staying here!
