Both bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms and each has its own private balcony. On the first floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a large flatscreen TV, wet bar, plenty of seating, a dining area, one half bath, tons of natural light and two separate, private patios (front and back). There is also a stackable washer and dryer conveniently located on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen is also on this floor and has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and new countertops. With private (gated) beach access, a community pool, and two private balconies, you can relax in this family-oriented townhome with everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation!


Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
