In unserer schönen Villa in Tivoli am Meer im Sandestin������ Resort erwarten Sie entspannte Strandtage! Sie werden diese neu gestaltete Strandvilla mit Stein und Granit lieben. Die Lage ist perfekt - der Strand ist nur eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Golfwagen oder der Straßenbahn entfernt; Der Pool ist gleich um die Ecke; Die Baytowne Wharf ist eine zehnminütige Golfwagenfahrt (oder Straßenbahnfahrt) auf die andere Seite des Resorts. Was für ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen! Mit 2100 Quadratmetern bietet es drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu acht Gäste.

Unsere Villa ist stilvoll im gehobenen Küstenstil gestaltet und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der offene Grundriss hat durchgehend zehn Fuß Decken. Ein einladendes Foyer führt in das neu eingerichtete Wohnzimmer mit vielen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Zugang zu der abgeschirmten Veranda durch französische Türen. Am Bauernhoftisch und an der Frühstücksbar neben unserer Gourmetküche ist Platz für alle. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und allem nötigen Koch- und Essgeschirr wird der Küchenchef seine Mahlzeit genießen. Planen Sie einen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen auf der abgeschirmten Veranda und genießen Sie den ruhigen Blick auf den Baytowne Golf Course.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein individuell gestaltetes Hauptbadezimmer mit römischer Badewanne und separater Dusche. Französisch Türen führen vom Hauptschlafzimmer auf die abgeschirmte Veranda. Ein zweites Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und wird nur wenige Schritte von einem kompletten Badezimmer serviert. Das dritte Gästezimmer bietet zwei volle Betten und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen HDTV und einen großzügigen Stauraum. Easter Family Beach Trip

We took the family to the beach for Easter weekend and overall this property was wonderful. It was very spacious and the highlight for the kids was the six passenger golf cart and being able to ride to the beach and to Baytown for evening activities.

Terrific Tivoli

Wonderful property and location in the heart of Sandestin’s Tívoli neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. There was a problem with the Golf Cart, which the property management company had fixed within 24hrs. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Just What we Needed

We drove down for spring break and it was an amazing week. We loved the golf cart and used it to drive everywhere in the Sandestin Resort. We went to the beach, used the pool and took trips to Bay Town Wharf at night. I read another review about dirty furniture and would agree the chairs in the living room could use a good scrub but otherwise the place is immaculate. The beds were super cozy and the rooms were so spacious. No complaints.

Good location.

We loved the location but the condition of the property could improve. Screen door torn out and flat tire on golf cart, dead golf cart battery, cleanliness and broken dryer were our main issues. When the maintenance man did come out he was great! Beds were comfortable. and the villa was roomy but we probably would not choose this place again.

I can’t say enough good things about the people there and our rental experience. They are the best!!

Great location, clean condo, awesome golf cart and pleasant decor. The rental company was very prompt with responses, which I appreciated! However, the AC wouldn’t get cooler than 75 the whole stay and apparently couldn’t be fixed. Rooms were even warmer than 75. That made nights very stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for my baby in her Slumberpod. They did provide fans that helped. Two of the bathrooms were growing black mold. No disposal in kitchen which was annoying when cleaning after meals and limited kitchen pots/pans/appliances. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

The condo was very nice. It rained alot and there is a pool of water that accumulates right by the front door. The pillow in the master bed need updating. When i text the property manager with questions they were very fast to reply. The community pool area really needs updating. It is over grown, the pool patio furniture is quite used, and there is a urine smell at the little pool house. The golf cart plug in is scary. It looks like it is not for outdoor use and has fire/spark soot at the insert. The key is difficult to turn the golf cart on too.Overall the condo was nice. We really didn't cook so i can't speak to the kitchen tools,

Clean and in good condition. Would book here again in the future. There was one issue with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms. We called the rental company and they send someone within the hour and fixed the issue which was appreciated. One item to note, the golf cart could probably use some maintenance and the battery seemed to run down quickly even after a full day's charge. But only a minor issue for our group. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Great Vacation

This was our first trip to the area and I was a bit apprehensive but pleasantly surprised. On the upside o Comfort of condo, very spacious and well appointed. o Customer Service by Rental staff, super hospitality. o Location, so convenient to shopping and may restaurants. o Size and space of condo, so much room and such nice furniture o Amenities, bedrooms and bathrooms. o Security, super nice staff at the gates and always great to ask questions. On the Downside o We were in the downstairs unit and it was very noisy with upstairs and people walking around, sounded like a River Dance revival, very distracting & reason I would not do a split level again. We spoke to the folks above us and they tried but they had two small children and it took away from the experience. o Golf cart, two were advertised but only one and it was a mess, really beat up and never really charged. o Dishes were not clean when we arrived. o Patio had not been cleaned. o Bugs & roaches in one of the tubs. The customer service by Beach Blue Properties was over the top, they checked on us frequently, answered all our questions and made the stay enjoyable. We had rented a house but the family took it back last minute, in all fairness we were offered a full refund but plans were set. We will return but not with a slit-level condo, too noisy but looking forward to a house next year.
