The bright open floor plan is brilliant & allows everyone to converse with ease & enjoy the picturesque views of the bay throughout the kitchen, dining room, living area & screened in porch. The spacious & updated kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, stylish backsplash, new sleek stainless-steel appliances inclusive of a side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, & Keurig/Coffee Pot Combo for your brewing pleasure. The laundry room consists of full-sized washer & dryer, conveniently located off the kitchen.



The living room features a large flat screen TV with a cozy seating area, which includes a queen sleeper sofa & (2) chairs. The dining room table has seating for (6) with kitchen counter seating for (2). The multifunctional alcove off the dining room offers an area for a private bar or workstation. The screened in porch provides private seating for alfresco dining or a place to absorb the natural bay breeze & front row seats to the weekly fireworks shows & boats harboring in & out of Baytowne Wharf.



Enjoy waking up in the Master Bedroom to the amazing bay views & the swaying of the natural seagrass & wildlife! Enjoy the king bed, flat screen TV & ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, step-in shower, commode & large walk-in closet. Easy access to the screened in porch is provided through the private sliding door.



The Guest Room has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan, sitting area, large walk-in closet & an adjoining bathroom. For additional sleeping, living room has a queen sofa bed.



The home is a self-check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.
