Open the sliding doors and step out onto the balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view of the gulf as far as the eye can see!  The view of the sunset from the balcony just doesn't get any better. There are also two hall bunk beds for additional sleeping. Off of the hallway you will find a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. This condo also offers an additional half bath with plenty of room for getting ready while someone showers in the full bath.  

There is a fully stocked kitchen for you with brand new dishes.  This kitchen offers stainless steel GE appliances including a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave.

Keep the kids occupied with some fun games around the coffee table with pull out stools.  We recently added Uno, Sorry, Spot It and Connect 4 for your kids to stay entertained on rainy days or as they wind down from a fun day at the beach.  

Location is perfect for shopping at Silver Sands Outlet, golf, pickleball or tennis on property, or enjoying tons of great dining options nearby!

Beautiful View but Poorly Maintained

The property boasts a fantastic view and is conveniently close to the beach, which we truly appreciated. However, our overall experience was significantly marred by several issues that need urgent attention. Firstly, the cleanliness of the place was far below acceptable standards. The floors were sandy and clearly hadn’t been mopped after the previous guests. Additionally, the beds were quite uncomfortable, and the linen was scratchy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. We also found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The amenities didn’t fare much better. The pools were underwhelming and not particularly inviting. The TVs were very outdated, and the cable quality was grainy and in standard definition. It felt like stepping back in time in terms of entertainment options. To top it off, the toilet paper provided was the thinnest single-ply I’ve ever encountered, which was a constant annoyance. In summary, while the view and proximity to the beach were definite highlights, the lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, outdated amenities, and poor attention to detail in providing basic comforts made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Great view but linens and towels were not clean

The view was beautiful, short walk to beach. However, the bed linens and towels were not clean: found several hairs on pillows and inside master bed sheets (including the non-head hair kind). Bleach needs to be used on all white linens & towels, every time, and ample detergent. Guests are asked to put linens in washing machine before departure, but clearly the guest that stayed before us did not. Gross. It is up to the host to make sure each guest has sanitary towels and bedding, don't leave this up to whomever stays because cleanliness was poor. Also, shower was not clean. Bath mat was filthy, needs to be thrown away. Pillows were very flat - needs new bed pillows. Kitchen trash was the size of a small bathroom trash - buy a large kitchen trash for this unit and leave trash liners. Nutshell: View was beautiful, but the inside was a little dingy and run down, and certainly not clean.

Perfect for a small family

My son (2 y/o), my husband and I stayed for 5 days. It was really great. Im a little OCD about places being clean and this was better then most! No sand left over from the previous guests. I did find a few hairs but nothing crazy. There is a washer and dryer, that came in handy with our son. We washed everything before we left which made unpacking super easy. Check in/ check out process was super easy. The owner texted me the night before we were set to check-in to give us the run down on what to expect when we arrived. That was nice, I could ask any questions I had then. When we booked I was a little concerned about my son being in the balcony but it was sturdy and I didn’t worry much. The door to the balcony didn’t lock (we didn’t tell the owners because our son isn’t strong enough to open it his self but if you have an older/stronger child you might want to contact the owners about it). It’s a nice family friendly community. Lots of kids of all ages and medium/large family groups. I also noticed I didn’t hear anyone on either side of us or above us. I’m not sure if those condos just weren’t booked but as busy as it was, I doubt it so the walls aren’t super thin. The location was perfect. I am 6 months pregnant so I didn’t want to have to do much walking and this was exactly when we needed. It was literally a 5 min walk to the beach (and I walk slow). The view of the beach from the balcony is better than the picture. We ate breakfast out there every morning. The beach is beautiful! Clean white sand and the water is perfect. There is a pizza place on grounds and it has pretty good pizza. We left the condo a few times for dinner and all of the restaurants were really good too. There is an Acme Oyster Bar 5 mins away (you could walk if you wanted) and it was great! Over all, this was place was really awesome. I am recommending it to everyone and will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The condo is on the 8th floor in the middle of the building and easy access to four elevators. You have a perfect view here! The pools are great and they have a shallow pool for little ones. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Quick drive to the outlets and restaurants. There's also a walking distance plaza for food, ice cream and kids arcade center. If you have a sensitive back, I would recommend bringing an air mattress for the pull out couch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning to this location. Thank you Brandi!

Perfect for our family of four!

This place was perfect! The decor and finishings were updated (so cute!), comfortable and functional - especially for a smaller unit. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay home away from home! The only thing we wish we had available was a vacuum to use while we were here, but we did find a swifter stick in the closet and bought some pads for that. Just would have liked to vacuum the floors during our stay, but other than that, the place had everything we needed! We also had a little issue with the fire alarm sensor that needed replaced when we first got here and the owner was so attentive and quick to respond to our concerns/questions, and had a maintenance guy come to help replace it very quickly. The owner was so helpful and available immediately via text, which was great peace of mind that if we needed something we knew she’d respond quickly and help us out! Also, the condo was available 3hrs ahead of time, which was awesome because we arrived earlier than the check in time due to our travel plans, so it worked out great to get in early. Overall, wonderful place, great views, pools were clean and not too crowded, walk to the beach is easy and quick with showers to use on the way back to wash everything off, and we mostly love the proximity to the the restaurants - whales tail and beach club on the beach as well as the cabana cafe right here on the property. Means we don’t have to go far to great seafood (whales tail), great drinks and beach bonfires (beach club), and great pizza (cabana cafe)! We couldn’t recommend this place more! Thanks for a great stay! We would love to book here again!

This place is great!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Miramar Beach, look no further! This condo is very updated and clean, the view is amazing, and Brandi was so helpful and easy to connect with! The condo is conveniently located in the middle of everything - There are shops and places to eat all around and you are just steps awake from the beautiful beaches. My family and I look forward to more vacations here in the future!
