Wunderschön renovierte Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei BĂ€dern im 13. Stock in der beliebten Beachside Two-Wohnung im Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Diese Wohnung wurde komplett von oben nach unten einschließlich KĂŒche und sowohl das Master-und GĂ€stebad renoviert. Dies ist die am schönsten renovierte Wohnung in Beachside Two mit faszinierendem Blick auf das smaragdgrĂŒne Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko aus fast jedem Zimmer. Wenn Sie Luxus mögen, ist diese Wohnung fĂŒr Sie!

Sie finden einen offenen Grundriss mit KĂŒche, FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbar, Essbereich und Wohnbereich. Super Nice place to stay

Absolutely loved staying at this condo. Gorgeous views, very secure, clean and My Vacation Haven was very accommodating. There was not a full length mirror in our condo. We were there during July 4th and it was packed but didn’t bother us. As long as we had a spot on the beach and we did. We will definitely be back and want to stay in the same condo! Best vacay ever!

The property was exactly as depicted in the photos online. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. The complimentary kitchen and bathroom courtesy packs with dish soap, wipes, personal care items, etc, was a very nice touch. We would absolutely rent this unit again! Wonderful walking trails throughout the resort. Beaches were gorgeous!

Relaxing & Refreshing

From the time we stepped into the condo till we left was relaxing and refreshing. From our balcony we saw awe inspiring sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and close to restaurants, entertainment, and lots of shopping. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week away from home.

Great vacation

We had a great time at the condo
it was clean and as pictured. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Only downside (which was out of the owners control) was that the Beachside II had done building issues - pool was unusable the entire week due to maintenance problems, the staff was rude, and the elevators were only sometimes working normally. Would recommend the unit but the building is not a spot we will spend money on again.

The place was fine until the last day. Then the A C just about quit working. Called maintenance and they we not very helpful they finally told us it would be the next day before they would look at the problem. It’s a 7 hour drive back home. So we waited until about 5 am this morning to get out of there. We will not be staying there again. If y’all have an influence with those people you need to tell them that is not how you treat a guest.

Honest review

Unit looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is not very well stocked for anyone who wants to cook. I was told construction would be completed in March and when I arrived to the property in late June it was still under heavy construction and renovations. I would never have booked this had I known it was still going to be under construction. They were literally doing renovations right off the balcony. When I messaged the owners through VRBO I got no response. The property management company messaged me back two days later and basically said we don’t have any control over construction. Beach access for all other non-beachfront Sandestin properties is right next-door which made this beach extremely crowded. Beach chair rentals did not go all the way up to the water because that portion of the beach is considered “public“ and you at least had two rows of random beach chairs, and umbrellas from people from the other side of the resort every day in front of your rentals. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with the construction and response from the owners/property management company, considering I asked about it in advance before my booking. The beach situation was also very frustrating, considering how much I paid to rent beach chairs. I will not be back to this unit or this resort in general.

Girlfriend’s Bday trip

Location was perfect right on the beach!! Condo was as advertised and very nice. There were many things to do in the area and great restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Getting into condo and checkout super easy and great communication with property manager. Nice to have beach chairs and boards supplied. Only negative was there was emergency evacuation on Sat which required us to leave condo immediately and take the stairs from 13th floor elevators were not operating but we decided that helped us get our steps in for day! Found out later it was emergency test. Suggestion for supplies: Wine glasses would be great add on.

Construction on property

There is extensive construction on the outside of the building. The master bedroom windows are completely taped up and you are unable to see out. There are construction workers outside the balcony working during the day. It is not very private. I reached out to My Vacation Haven (this property's management company - not individuals) daily for a resolution. I caution you before you rent this.

Great Location and Views!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property and views were beautiful! The only thing that we considered a negative was that the kitchen wasn't as stocked as we thought. We were only given one roll of paper towels and didn't have any extra trash bags. Just a warning to other renters to grab those at the store. Other than that, the property was perfect and we will book again!

Not as great as expected

Started off a mess was so difficult to get into the property. I called the number 3 times before I got an answer and they didn’t have the right code a person staying onsite ended up letting us in. The room is absolutely beautiful but a lot of issues
 - [ ] Light under cabinet doesn’t work - [ ] Light underneath microwave doesn’t work - [ ] Lights on the oven for the time and temperature display is broken - [ ] Fitness facility is NOT free it’s very expensive. This is extremely important to me it should not have been listed as sn amenity and I would have stayed somewhere else - [ ] Only one bbq pit by the pool and it’s leaning looks like there was 2 however one was kicked off the stand. The one still standing is super old and gross - [ ] No hot water in kitchen - [ ] People are not supposed to setup in front of rental chairs but no one enforcing it - [ ] You’re not allowed to smoke on beach but people are because again no one enforcing rules I’m sorry but I will not be back.

Location! Location! Location!

This condo was lovely and was one of the best ocean view properties We've stayed in at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resorts. The unit was well equipped for a family including beach chairs and some toys. They also had board games for rain days. The only suggestion I would have is to install a shower sprayer wand in the master shower for families with smaller children. We have an 8 year old so it was not too bad, but if you have little ones it's hard since there is no tub. The space is utilized well with a huge master walk in closet.
