Welcome to our amazing home with a 6 seater golf cart included! This rental is on one of the many lakes located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Enjoy fishing, swimming, golf, tennis, and much more!

You will find on the first floor, a luxury kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinets, stunning countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee pot, as well as a regular coffee pot. Plenty of seating is available in the dining area with bench seats as well as bar seating. Just outside of the kitchen you have a spacious living room that looks out to the lake through the large sliding glass doors. The patio includes large and comfortable outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Downstairs also includes the half bath for your convenience.

On the second floor you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a private bathroom that includes a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed (both beds are full size) and also has a large closet- perfect setup for family vacations. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Between the bedrooms you will find the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

A short walk out of the backdoor includes beautiful walk on the path over the lake to the pool.
Enjoy this beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome located on the Sandestin ® Golf & Beach Resort. This wonderful home includes a lake view and a 6 seat golf cart to get around the resort and adjacent shopping areas. Just a short distance away from the white sand beaches and blue waters on the Gulf you can enjoy your perfect getaway. This condo is also a short drive to the well known 30a area for a perfect day out.

Condo is .4 miles to the beach. Golf cart can be driven to beach access.

Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach,outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

Spring/Summer: Enjoy tropical beaches, area fun, extended restaurant and shopping hours, water sports rentals.
Winter: Snowbird Paradise. Quiet area enjoyment. Holiday events. Staycations.
Fall: Experience holiday fun, area festivals, spectacular weather and more!

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them.
Guests must provide a copy of their drivers license and IF the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

The condo was very clean and just as described. The location was perfect and the golf cart was an added bonus to get to the beach, restaurants, Publix, and shopping at Grand Boulevard. Our 14 year old loved being able to walk out the back and fish in the lake. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a great beach vacation staying at this townhome! Everything was provided and clean. The golf cart was so much fun also! We drove it to the beach access point and around Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf. It is also close to restaurants and shops that you can take the golf cart to. Thankfully we didn’t need to communicate with the property management company, but they sent all the contact info at check in. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing villa and perfect location!

We loved our stay here! First, the villa itself is clean and perfect for our family. The backyard view was so relaxing and a nice respite after a long day at the beach. The short golf cart drive to the beach, wharf, restaurants, and Publix was fun and so much less stressful than dealing with traffic on 98. Communication with the property management was super easy. We are very happy we chose 5185 and would love to stay here again next year!

Clean, excellent location. Sandestin is just a perfect place. We had a little issue with the golf cart, called the manager and they solved the problem very fast. Mattress in both rooms could be better. We definitely had a good time and would go back for sure.

A Clean, Quiet Retreat

Loved this getaway! There's a reason for the high rating! It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and the convenience of the location (and golf cart) was 10/10.Only downfall of it being an older rental is the mattresses are getting older. Makes for great lounging but your back might be hurting. You can feel the springs in the bottom bunk mattress. Also, bring blankets if you like to be cozy!

I highly recommend this condo. The Sandestin property is amazing! They owners of the condo were great to work with. We even had to contact them during the week. They were prompt in response and so kind. I am all about cleanliness and this condo was spotless. The furnishings were newer, clean and comfortable. We would rent from them again in the future.

The property is as described...very nice. The golf cart was a nice perk. Our adult children said the bunk bed room beds were not comfortable - probably okay for kids, but not so for adults. That room could also use a ceiling fan. The king was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom nightlights! All in all a great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay and vacation home was nice. My 5 year old loved riding the golf cart to the beach. The property staff are very responsive if you have any questions or issues. Only thing we would’ve appreciated to know was that there is no reserved parking for the condo. It would be nice though if people whose staying at the condo can at least have 2 reserved spots for 1 car & golf cart. Otherwise, wonderful place & great family friendly community.

Lovely resort!

We loved the location and the condo was beautiful. On the other hand there was used feminine hygiene products in the upstairs trash that my 2 year old got a hold of. Disgusting. Also we picked up a large white pill out of the bedroom floor. Also information about the resort would have been helpful. Luckily we met the neighbor that was a owner.
