And while you’ll be tempted to stay put, a short 8 minute stroll takes you to the sparkling white sand beaches via the community beach access located at the end of Hollywood Street.

The home's modern design features exquisite tile floors, accented with wood beams and striking light fixtures. You'll also find 20 flat-screen TVs throughout, brushed gold fixtures, and beautiful tile adorning every bathroom.

Endless Fun for the Whole Family

The first floor is a kids' paradise with direct access to the full-sized pool and hot tub, as well as indoor entertainment featuring Pac-Man and NBA Jam video consoles and a flat screen TV. This level also includes a mini kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink and ice maker for servicing poolside grill outs or late-night snacks. Two King bedrooms, adorned with hotel-style linens and each with their own ensuite bathroom, provide quiet retreats away from the poolside fun. There's also a separate powder room and stacked washer/dryer on this floor for convenience.

When it's time to relax poolside, you'll love the spacious seating area where you can enjoy sizzling burgers on the five-burner Spire gas grill or soak up the sun before unwinding in the hot tub.

Main (2nd) Floor Gathering Space

The heart of this home is the expansive main floor, where you'll find a chef’s dream kitchen with an oversized island, dual sinks, a full-sized fridge, separate freezer, six-burner WOLF oven/stovetop with griddle, dual dishwashers, and an ice maker. The stunning kitchen is complemented by a coffee bar, pantry, and wine refrigeration for ultimate convenience. The large, custom-built dining table is perfect for family meals or evening gatherings. You can also enjoy the Gulf breezes from the spacious deck off the main living room.

The main (2nd) floor also includes a Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and built-in Full-size bunks, and an additional separate bunk room with two more sets of bunks—Full-over-Full and Twin-over-Twin—ideal for the kids. There is a full bath off the living room to be utilized by all.

Third Floor - Luxury and Privacy

The third floor is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. It features four King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. As an added bonus, one of these King bedrooms includes a set of built-in Twin-size bunks. You'll love the soaking tubs and private balconies offering peaceful views. This floor also includes a coffee bar, laundry room and an additional powder room for added convenience.

Fourth Floor - Stunning Views and Sunset Memories

The fourth floor is all about breathtaking views and privacy. Step out onto the gigantic rooftop sunning deck, where you can relax and enjoy glimpses of the beautiful blue Gulf. This level also includes a roof-top mini kitchen, bar table and loungers, making it a breeze to enjoy outdoor dining and boat drinks with great company and the most beautiful of sunsets—"Colada Sunset."

**All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID that matches the credit card and the agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)

**EV charging in the garage via a NEMA 14-50 is a 50-amp, 240-volt outlet.
** Booking includes a 6 seater golf cart (a signed waiver is required) and "seasonal" beach service with 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs (March 1 to October 31).
**Pool can be heated from Nov 1 - April 31 for an additional $75 a day fee. Please inquire, as this must be arranged three days before arrival. Hot Tub use is complimentary.
**This home includes a residential elevator provided as a courtesy. Please note that residential elevators can be prone to occasional service issues or malfunction. While every effort will be made to ensure it remains operational, its function and availability during your stay cannot be guaranteed
