Im ersten Stock befinden sich eines der Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, Minibar und eigenem Balkon mit Planschbecken sowie ein Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten mit insgesamt vier großen Betten und einem Flachbild-TV.

In der zweiten Etage finden Sie eine schöne, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz fĂŒr acht Personen am Esstisch und fĂŒr zwei Personen an der Bar. Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf von allen Seiten ist mit einem Flachbild-TV, einem Schlafsofa und einem Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien ausgestattet. Auch auf dieser Etage finden Sie ein GĂ€stezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV.

Die dritte Etage verfĂŒgt ĂŒber das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Balkon mit Golffront, Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad mit Whirlpool-Badewanne, begehbarer Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch. Es gibt ein zusĂ€tzliches GĂ€stezimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV sowie einem Badezimmer.

Aufgrund von HOA-BeschrĂ€nkungen sind Zelte und Überdachungen am Frangista Beach nicht gestattet.

Parkmöglichkeiten fĂŒr bis zu 2-4 Fahrzeuge je nach GrĂ¶ĂŸe. ZusĂ€tzliche ParkplĂ€tze stehen in der Nachbarschaft nicht zur VerfĂŒgung, sind jedoch außerhalb des GelĂ€ndes verfĂŒgbar.

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing location on the Beach

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

Arrived at check in house was very cool and pleasant smell. Got to checking the rooms out and found long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Washed all bedding. Had a chair with a broke arm also. Large hole in the ceiling in the bottom bunk room. Shower head down stairs sprayed water right in your face from where it screws on the pipe coming though the wall. Had to lay a wash rag on it so it would not spray. Over all i would give it a 5 rating out of 10.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Great views, excellent location and great service!

The first thing you will love about this property are the absolutely beautiful views it offers to the beach. Though spread across 3 levels, this townhome has great living space and bedrooms. The patio/balcony is big enough for 6-7 people to comfortably hang out. Amenities are decent and work as expected. The property managers respond quickly and fix things as soon as reported. We loved the space enough to extend our stay.

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Summer family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice clean property right on the beach for extremely easy access. On day 2 of our stay which was in the summer the capacitor went out on one of the a/c units. I called Frangista Beach Properties and the capacitor was replaced and unit was back working in just 2 hours. Other than that which was not really a big issue because it was handled so well there was no other issues at all. A very nice stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

What a wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two homes side by side to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends and family. Both homes were clean, very functional and spacious for how many families and kids we had, and being beach front and steps away from the beach was fabulous. Frangista was amazing at always being available to reach if we had any questions and also kept us up to date with weather information during hurricane Helene. This is our second time using Frangista Beach Properties and we will continue to use them for our vacations in the future! Such a friendly, welcoming company through the entire experience!

Two months in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo on the beach was beautifully appointed & decorated! The rooms are spacious in a great layout! Views from all three levels are breathtaking.. I'm pretty sure I am at the top of my photo usage with all the amazing sunrise & sunset photos !The management staff was so very helpful and answered any questions we had or needs!If you want to stay in a beautiful home in sugar white beaches... book this one ! We've already made our 2918 reservations!

A great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue we had was getting the pool heated. We called halfway through our stay to have the pool heated for the remainder of the trip. Property management sent someone out to turn it on. They couldn't figure it out and left. They never followed up again after that. No good there...Everything else was great!
