We welcome you to share our condo as our guests. We have revitalized it to provide comfort in a beach atmosphere. The unit has 9 ft. ceilings and a unique floor plan. You will love the spacious ambiance of this 1151 square foot condo. If you need fresh air, step out onto the expansive, fully furnished, ocean view balcony. The living space is designed to accommodate up to 6 people.

The kitchen/living room/dining room are connected by a bedroom on either side. The new 2026 living room has a 65" Smart TV with comfortable seating for 6. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 55" Smart TV and a private bath with large shower, large walk-in closet, full washer/dryer and balcony access. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a Smart TV, a private bath/tub/shower with balcony access and a second, private entrance to the condo.

All linens are provided for our guests including beach towels!

The kitchen provides dinnerware, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, blender, coffee pot and ice maker. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. If you prefer, there is a coin operated W/D on the lobby floor for your use.

Surfside Resort is ocean front and offering fully fiber-optic internet. Every room is equipped with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi with the ability to connect up to 12 devices at guaranteed 100 mb up and down speeds.

Cleanliness is a high priority for our unit. The cleaning staff is required to follow all VRBO cleaning standards which includes cleaning and disinfecting the unit, especially high touch areas such as:
• Door handles, controls and switches (e.g., light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
• Refuse, recycling bins, and any waste disposal containers
• Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames
• Utensils, cutlery and crockery
• Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats

The resort provides an extraordinary beach experience. It is the only property in Destin/Miramar Beach that provides a pedestrian beach access bridge over the road so you never have to worry about traffic/safety when heading to the beach. A Beach Bar is directly under Sky Bridge and has TVs and Great Views (a locals' favorite!). In addition, our unit provides all guests with FREE daily beach set-up service (2 chairs/1 umbrella) from March 1 until October 31 to ensure your beach experience is carefree. Our unit provides extra beach chairs in the hall closet as well as an array of beach toys. Coolers are also located in the closet to make it easy for preparing for a fully day at the beach.

Surfside is known for its extensive guest amenities. It offers a community Pool (heated in the winter), 2 Hot Tubs, Kiddie Pool, and beach bar on decking to the beach. There is a men’s/ladies’ shower and a sunbathing deck overlooking the ocean.

For sports enthusiasts, feel free to access the secure, lighted Sports Deck with shuffleboard, 2 Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, and a Basketball Court. A Fitness Center (not a closet) is adjacent to the Sports Deck. Equipment can be checked out from the on-site front desk. Access to the bike/walking trails is right outside the resort door.

Other resort conveniences include a full Restaurant and Bar on-site (Royal Palm Grill), on-site spa/hair/nail salon, 2 free undercover parking passes, BBQ area with picnic tables, air-conditioned interior hallways and 24-hour security.

FREE BEACHFRONT BONFIRE. If you’re looking for a spot to watch the sunset, the Bonfire is a great and convenient event. Every Friday & Monday at sunset, Royal Palm Grill hosts a Free Bonfire on the beach outside the resort. No entrance fee - Plenty of chairs provided. Everyone is Welcome!! S'mores and Drink Specials along with a full menu available. Great place to bring the kids and watch the sunset!

Just bring yourself, some clothes and maybe golf clubs because everything else you need is here.
