Welcome to Luau RestAWhile! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you can think of for the perfect beach getaway! This condo is a combination of two condos (6404 and 6402), comfortably providing enough space for the whole family with the added bonus of extra privacy if you choose. Luau condominiums are located in the heart of SanDestin (on the Gulf side!).

6402- This condo is a studio with 1 king bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper and is capable of being locked separately from the one bedroom condo, should you choose to. There is a kitchenette and a full size bathroom. There is not balcony access for this condo but there is beautiful straight-on gulf views!
6404- This condo hosts a private bedroom (1 king bed) and spacious living room that holds 1 queen sleeper sofa, for an added sleeping option. There is a full size kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom and a large balcony for your enjoyment. You and your guests will fall in love with the beautiful resort and gulf views!

The Luau complex is located on the Gulf-side of SanDestin (Miramar Beach FL), and Luau Rest-A-While is on the 4th floor of building One. At Luau, you are able to enjoy a large pool with water fall (heated in March and April), seasonal tiki hut service and are only a short walk to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! You also have access to the Sandestin TRAM (which transports guests to Baytowne and back), a fitness gym (located in Luau II), a barbeque area, observation deck (located on the top floor of the complex (the views from there are amazing!), and a meeting space- all located on the complex grounds!!

**This property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking garage. The entrance to SanDestin is gated and staffed with SanDestin security officers.

Also, for your added convenience, the condo is stocked with the following:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent (there is a coin laundry room in the complex for your use)
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap

* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.

We also provide 4 beach towels and back pack chairs for use during your stay!!

THINGS TO NOTE:
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. You can also take the TRAM to Village of Baytowne Wharf in SanDestin Bayside....where there are a lot of children's activities including bungee jumping, hair braiding, temporary tattoos etc. year around. Ice-skating in Baytowne Wharf village during winter months. Also, Grand Blvd is on the bayside for all of your shopping needs-including Luluemon, Vineyard vines, Tommy Bahama and much more as well as restaurants!
