Maravilla 3303 - Gulf View Condo

Maravilla 3303 is located in Building 3, about midway of building 3, approximately 75 yards from the beach. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog-friendly with certain breed restrictions. Beach service for two is included with our Destin vacation rentals from March 1 until October 31st each year.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall, and holidays, unless booking last-minute.

Maravilla 3303 is close to many of the best Destin and Miramar Beach attractions. Restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's are within walking distance, offering local seafood and beachfront dining. Outdoor activities and shopping options, including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and Grand Boulevard are minutes away. If you forgot something you need for the beach, Alvin's Island is just a couple of blocks down Scenic Gulf Drive.



Grocery stores are located close by including Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart (2-4 miles from Maravilla). If you want ice cream or special coffee, there are shops within walking distance or a bike ride away (Dairy Queen, Bruster's, Bad Ass Coffee, Starbucks). A scenic 5-mile trail along Scenic Gulf Drive is ideal for biking, jogging, and sunset strolls.

We recommend bringing:

Toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee & filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and any additional items you may need for a comfortable stay.

Beach Condos in Destin provides:

-Dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods


-An initial supply of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
