Beautiful condo with amazing views!

The condo was perfect for our stay there with friends. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and each had their own bath. The patio was a wonderful space to view the gorgeous beaches. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there and there was an issue with bugs on the patio late afternoon to evening. So we didn’t get to use it near as much as we had hoped. There were beach chairs available for us to use, along with a beach wagon which was very nice. However we were disappointed that the rules for the private beach do not allow you to use sunshades. We have never stayed anywhere before where they were forbidden. So unfortunately we couldn’t spend as much time on the beach as we would’ve liked without Shade. Also the heated pool was very cold for March. Hardly anyone was in the pool during our stay. But had it been warm enough, the pools are large and would be a lovely place to hang out if you were tired of the beach. They do a rule that you can not play any music out loud at the pool which was also a surprise. I would recommend looking up all the rules online for the resort and their beaches before booking. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners/managers were very responsive to our questions throughout the week. The condo could use more seating in the living room since it sleeps 8 and there is only seating for 5. We also missed the footstools that were pictured in the listing but are no longer in the condo. A few extra blankets and pillows would have been nice also. But over all I give it 5 starts and would highly recommend both the Miramar Beach area and this ReaLJoy condo. It is lovely!

Beautiful views, Patio and balconies awesome...

This was like living in the clouds for a week! The view is breath taking, access to the beach is easy.. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is adequately stocked. 2 huge soaking tubs was a nice touch with 2 adult couples. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the couch is awful! It is a pull out bed but to sit on not even possible! The patio furniture is the best I have ever sat on so we brought the patio chairs inside to sit on in the living room to watch tv.. I would rent again as long as the patio furniture is there.

Dream vacation rental

I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures on the website do no justice for how amazing this property is. We loved having meals out on the private balcony and the views were incredible. We loved that we could go to bed early and the rest of the family could stay up and we couldn’t hear them through the walls. The owners left us a sweet gift for Christmas and New Years. If you get a chance to stay here DO IT!

My sister, father and his wife were coming from Jacksonville, FL. I was coming from B'ham, AL. It was the perfect "Destin"ation! The challenge was finding 3 bedrooms with 3 private baths. This unit checked all the boxes! Spacious and nicely appointed. I'd definitely consider it again!

Killer Views

We would like to thank the property owners for sharing their beautiful condo. This was a really special time for my family together and celebration of life. My dad who is a two-time cancer survivor, the last being Stage III, request was to see the ocean one more time. The condo offered panoramic views of the ocean on the front side of the condo, and even the side coming into the place. A beautiful golf course in front as we entered. Everything you would possibly need was made available at this place. They even had a few floats, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. I loved the fact that the facility had a trash chute to dispose of trash. Unlike many places where a stay of a week or more would pile up on you. When we went to get groceries for the place, the facility actually had shopping carts that you could put your groceries in instead of taking them all the way up by hand with many trips on the elevator. We have never seen this anywhere we have rented before, and loved it! The place had three bedrooms with separate bathrooms for each. No sharing....loved this! The sunrises were absolutely breathtaking and the views of all the lights and skyline of the city at night a must see! A beautiful trip and place...Memories made with my family and especially my dad will always be remembered. Thank you for making everything so easy and special for us! Xplorie was so helpful, and people were very attentive to my Dad's needs when we took our boating excursion at "Boogies". This may seem like a small thing to most, but not to us! My sister put this in her files for a must stay visit with her family in the future! We will also be back!!!! We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable trip!

Everything was fabulous. Nice space with great views. Very very short walk to beach. We had no issues walking with our 2 small children. There was even 2 wagons and chairs available for use even though we brought our own. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was the 3rd time this year my family and I have stayed in Destin and this stay was by far the best!! My family and I were all amazed at how beautiful the Penthouse was. The view was stunning. The condo had everything we needed. However, the light in the first master bedroom was out. Therefore it was very dark and hard to see. I emailed the property owners the first day and never heard anything back. The dishes in the kitchen were not clean. We had to wash everything before we used it. One of the legs on the chair at the dining room table was broken, therefore allowing limited seating during dinners. These 3 things are not major, but when you are paying thousands of dollars, I guess you expect perfection(human flaw). We had great weather and my children and family still enjoyed our time here. Was a nice clean place only thing would have been maybe have an adult only pool were aloud to have some music and been able to lay in pool and had a drink

Absolutely stunning!

This was our most favorite place we've stayed so far. It's breathtaking. The condo is well kept, extremely clean and updated. The pools are clean and well kept and it's a very short walk to the beach. The balconies is what sold me on this unit. Pictures can't do it justice. The view is just amazing and it's very private. I'd recommend this place to anyone and we plan to go back. The one and only thing I'd recommend they change is better mattresses and bedding. It wasn't bad and was still comfortable but could definitely be better. I have back problems and joint issues so I'm in a lot of pain most days and am probably more picky about bedding than most. I prefer memory foam and a light down comforter. But everything else was over the top great! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful with an amazing view

We stayed for 4 nights at this roomy penthouse suite. Spent most of the time on the balcony admiring the beautiful view. This place is nicely decorated, plenty of room, and have a great layout. We make a yearly trip to Destin and will defiantly book again! Highly recommended.

Wonderful in every way !

Incredible views, well appointed & comfortable & conveniently located , this condo has it all !!! Realjoy Realty is a real joy to work with & the entire rental process is a breeze ! The rooftop deck offers amazing vistas of the gulf & all that's going on below !!! Having the Whales Tail just across the street is convenient & a fun place for lunch & a cold drink & of course, that incredible beach !!!! This is a fairly busy resort , so if you want to be in the hub of the action & yet above it all , this is your place !!!
