Situated in a private triangle roadway, this grouping of condos overlooks the community resort pool and racquet courts, offering privacy and convenience on your next trip to Destin.

Newly remodeled, unit 11 is sure to impress. Cabana by the “Zea” is drenched in greys, whites, and muted blues. This beach sanctuary has comfy furnishings, updated appliances, and space for the entire family. Whether you’re looking for a snowbird rental or want to take the family on a fun vacation, Seascape Golf Villas are the perfect option.

Located on the second floor, you’ll walk into a beautifully remodeled kitchen with white cabinetry, gorgeous countertops, and seating for the entire family. An open concept dining area offers an 8-person dining table with added seating at the breakfast bar. From here, access your private balcony through sliding glass doors with more seating to enjoy a great meal. You can also access the balcony from the living room which features a large couch and a flat screen TV for cozy movie nights. With vaulted ceilings throughout and beachy décor, you’ll feel relaxed in no time.

The condo offers 3 bedrooms, sleeping 10 comfortably, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has an en suite bath with tub/shower combo, and there is a hall bath with walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new cabinetry, beautiful countertops, and modern fixtures.

Perhaps the best part of this vacation haven is your very own golf cart! Since you’re just off of the Scenic 98 highway, you can take your personal golf cart to the beach. A quick .4 mile ride takes you to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Pack some sunscreen, grab a few beach items from the complimentary stash, and spend the day soaking in the sun. (This golf cart is not to be taken across Hwy 98.)

While you’re tucked away in a tropical paradise, the Scenic 98 Highway can take you anywhere you want to go. Hungry?
