DETAILS: Coconut Crush is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Miramar Beach home that sleeps 12 in a quiet, gated community close to the beach. Guests will love the homeñ€ℱs fenced backyard, large private pool, outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit, and access to a community pool.

An open and welcoming living, kitchen, and dining room welcomes guests to Coconut Crush. Wood floors, a calming color palette of gray, white, and cream, and natural light create a soothing beach retreat. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower. A comfortable sectional and chairs enjoy views of the backyard and surround a flat-screen TV in a living area with coastal touches. An open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and white quartz countertops has a dine-in island seat 4. A separate coffee and wine bar houses a wine chiller and provides space to prepare a morning brew or evening cocktail. A dining table seats 4 and enjoys views of the backyard. A door in the dining area opens to a covered porch with a flat-screen TV and cushioned chairs that surround an outdoor fire pit. A gas grill and teak dining table allow guests to enjoy local seafood underneath the stars or grill burgers and relax before hopping into the large swimming pool.

There are 2 guest bedrooms, a primary bedroom, and a second living area with flat-screen TV and chairs on the second floor. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A second guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle and shares a bathroom with a shower and tub combo. A bright and spacious primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a spacious shower.

Through The Hurricane

Because of the hurricane we could not come for Wednesday through Sunday. We asked for a refund but no. Got the hurricane insurance but would not let us use it. Tried calling the owners. No answer. It is a big mess. But we had already paid the full amount and was not getting nothing back. We didn’t want it back. Just change to October 16 (which was open). Nobody would work with us, so we had nothing else but to go on Thursday or loose the money. We did have a good time just to short.

Great stay!

Our stay was everything we expected. The location was perfect and the bikes and golf cart made getting to and from the beach a breeze. We had an issue upon arrival with the golf cart not charging. I emailed 360 and a technician arrived within an hour. He repaired and had it working to enjoy the rest of our trip. Highly recommend this rental!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Kids loved the bunk room, while older one enjoyed having their own space with attached bathroom. House was a pictured and suited our needs perfectly. Golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze.

Quiet and peaceful retreat!

The overall property was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful and quiet location with all the amenities! The pool pump was VERY loud at the start of our stay and then stopped working completely however the property manager resolved quickly and it was quiet for the remainder of our stay. The house was neat and tidy but could use a more thorough cleaning. There was a layer of dust on bedroom surfaces and two of the bathrooms had used soap and hair in the showers. One bedroom had nowhere to place clothes so we had to live out of our suitcase for the week - a dresser or something similar would be helpful. The golf cart was fantastic and key to getting to and from the beach. Without it, it would have been a long walk! Overall a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental particular property and Miramar Beach to anyone!

Perfect stay

This house was fantastic. Clean, new, great decor. We spent alot of time by the pool and patio. It was nice to have all the bathrooms, with 12 girls. We were on a Mom, daughter/in-laws and their daughters trip. We used the golf cart and bikes everyday, to the beach, stores, etc. It was a close drive or 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Fun, fun, fun trip. We plan to return to this house. Great location, quiet with only one neighbor next door. And the 360 crew was super helpful. Thanks for sharing your house. We had a blast.

The place was great!

The entire property was very clean and private! The pool was nice and a great way to relax in Destin. The beach was close and within walking distance. The entire property was spotless and served all of us well throughout our stay. There was a total of 8 people. I lost my husband on Sept. 25, 2021. We wanted to all be together. It’s a hard day for all of us. But the house OMG!! It was everything and then some. I would very highly recommend this house. Having a bed downstairs helps (don’t do stairs). The decor is fantastic. And the pool just tops it off.

Worst Stay

This was the worst stay. House was filthy, furniture was gross from old food stains. Pet hair all over the furniture and floor even though the listing says no pets. There was a rip in the vinyl on the stairs which was a fire hazard and we had to monitor the kids going up down so they don’t fall. We voiced our dissatisfaction with the management company and all they said was this is what happens when you book at the end of the summer. The homes get a lot of traffic. 100% don’t recommend this home!

Our family (11 total) ages 6-67 had a wonderful time staying at this home last week. It was beautiful, clean and spacious for our family vacation and no one wanted to leave. The outside space was incredibly peaceful and was used frequently for swimming and nightly dinner. The kids loved the bunk room and the golf cart, grill and bikes were an added bonus. What a wonderful vacation home where lots of memories were made. Loved it!

AMAZING!

We had a group of 7ppl ranging from age 3 to 82, and this house was PERFECT. So clean and well maintained. It’s at the end of a coldesac and there’s no neighbors behind the house, so you have great privacy. The pool is the perfect size for chilling on the sun deck side under the umbrella with a few friends or toddlers, or letting the bigger kids and adults play in the deeper end (5’). The house pool was so fantastic that when we went to try out the community pool, we didn’t stay longer than 10min before heading back to get in our own private pool! The furniture is very clean and SO comfortable (especially the beds!) the golf cart seems to be brand new and works great. It’s a quick 3min drive to the beach, and we never had a problem finding parking right by Whale’s Tale beach entrance. The kids road the included bikes around the quiet coldesac in the evenings, and we used the grill with no issues, several times. The booking agent was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We are already snagging this place for next year. If you’re debating between different houses, just stop. This is the one!

Convenient, beautiful

Beautiful home in a gated community with easy access to beach via included golf cart. Private pool was a plus. Enjoyed our stay here. Management was responsive and helpful. Loved the app for checkin, departure info, etc.
