Unit 905. This spacious 2 bedroom condo is located on the 9th floor of the Summit building and features simply exquisite views of the Gulf Coast and Tops’l Nature Preserve. Guest after guest that arrive, the first thing they say as they walk through the front door is “Wow What a View”, so that`s what we decided to name it... Welcome to `What-A-View`!

This unit has been delightfully renovated with an open kitchen that features granite countertops, tiled back-splash, large bar area, stainless steel appliances and every kitchen gadget and utensil you could desire to make your vacation one that feels like you are at home away from home…

Both bedrooms feature king size beds that have wonderfully comfortable mattresses and bed spreads. The master bedroom additionally features incredible views of the Gulf while you lie in bed.
As standard, you will be supplied with complimentary hotel style toiletries, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of towels & linens. Please bring your own beach towels though! What you won’t find everywhere is some wonderful add-ons we’ve provided to make your stay more comfortable. These include a children’s PACK’N’PLAY, a BEACH BUGGY to wheel all of your beach & pool stuff down the elevator to the water and even a 22inch high, QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS that auto-inflates and is more comfortable than most beds! You can set this up in the living room if you have a 5th & 6th person staying!

There is complimentary access to the incredible Summit private pool, outdoor BBQ grills & hot tub that the balcony overlooks, the amazing private beach, and the beach front pool adjacent to The Blue Dunes Grill (*see note regarding beach front pool and grill at the bottom of this listing*).

Whether you are visiting to simply lay on the PRIVATE beach all day or if you intend to use the pickleball, putt putt, basketball court, grilling area and swimming pool, Tops`l has it all! It’s time to do as little or as much as you like while you stay with us… *Please note that there is an extra hourly fee to reserve a pickleball court (this can be booked online or in person at The Tides building on campus.

Tops’l beach and racquet club is a gated 52 acre community with 24/7 security guards and a full-service resort, so park your car and stay a while!
In addition to all of the wonderful club amenities there are 3 restaurants / bars to enjoy on campus. For a delectable, mouth watering treat, be sure to check out The Ocean Club which is one of the best recommended quality restaurants in the area. Between 5-6pm daily they have a ‘buy one, get one’ menu and on Wednesday evenings the dance floor comes alive with live music from local artists.
Overlooking the beach and beachside pool is the Blue Dunes Grill, the perfect spot for enjoying a fruity drink and bar food while soaking in the sun. Lastly, there is a sports bar & grill located at the Tennis Club which is a great place to gather for your sporting events.

The Summit building itself has a beautiful private pool and hot tub just for Summit guests. This is perfect for an early or late night spot of relaxation as it tends to have a much smaller crowd than the main beachfront pool and it has several gas barbecue grills and picnic tables should you decide to do a spot of cooking outside of the condo itself!
We are extremely excited to share this vacation spot with all our guests and we provide a guest book upon entry that we welcome everyone to share all of the wonderful highlights of their stay in the Destin / Sandestin area. Please enjoy reading the logs from the guests who have come before you and add to the memories to share with those that arrive after you.
Please note that there is a maximum number of vehicles allowed of 2 and at least one member of your traveling group must be 25yrs or older.

Why did we buy a place in Tops’l? We’ve been visiting the 30A area for years and although we love so many of the fantastic stops along the coastline, Tops’l is simply in the heart of it all. The private beaches keep the crowds down even in the peek seasons, there are 6 golf courses all within 5 minutes drive, 3 shopping malls within 3-10 mins drive, more restaurants than we could possibly ever wish to visit, 2 movie theaters within 5 minutes, multiple grocery stores within 5 mins, it’s across the street from Baytown Wharf & Grand Blvd which are two of our favorite spots to gather with friends and everyone is so friendly! Chartered fishing trips, water sport rentals, parasailing, dolphin & snorkeling excursions are all just minutes away! We hope you choose to stay with us year after year… :)

*It is important to know that The Private Tennis & Fitness Club has been purchased under new ownership in 2026 and this facility will not be accessible to guests. In previous years they charges $45 a day for guest access, so if you have visited Tops`l in the past and paid the $45 guest pass fee, this is an important change to acknowledge starting April 2026. Should this policy change again in the future, we will update the listing information at that time. Additionally the Club ownership also owns the beach front pool and Blue Dunes Grill. Owners have been informed that during peak season, club ownership reserves the right to restrict the use of this area to members only, if it was to become overcrowded. As owners for almost 10yrs and after talking with club management, it has been expressed that we have never seen this area become overcrowded to the point where this could occur, but as it is a new policy we wished to make all guests aware that it could possibly occur.
