We have just the vacation rental for you! âMadiâs Juleâ is a two-story Mediterranean style home located near The Village of Baytowne Wharf in SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORTÂź with 2 golf carts. From the moment you step into the front foyer, you will feel right at home. The modern, neutral dĂ©cor is both upscale and impressive and the large windows invite the Florida sunshine to fill the room. The ample living area furnishings are comfortable and your guests will find themselves lounging around after sleeping in every morning. There is also a large TV, ideal for hosting a family movie night!
The kitchen is a chefâs dream with white cabinetry and marble countertops. It is stocked with everything needed to prepare brunch or snacks before heading out for the dayâs adventures. Guests may dine at the bar area, which seats four, or at the 6 person dining table that offers a picturesque view of the back patio and lush green space and golf course outside.
One guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed. There is a connected bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor, the master suite offers a king bed and separate desk area that includes a gorgeous view of the outdoors. There is a spacious en suite bathroom as well, which includes a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub for those evenings when you want to relax in a bubble bath after a long day at the beach. The second guest bedroom on this floor features a queen bed and the final guestroom is a bunk room, featuring two sets of bunks, one being twin over twin and the other being full over full bunks. Each guest bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, with the first having a walk-in shower and the second having a tub/shower combo.
