Immersed in the beauty of the Riviera Romagnola, this newly built villa located in Scacciano is the ideal destination for those are seeking relaxation and comfort with a breathtaking view of Gabicce Mare and the picturesque Gradara Castle, the setting of one of the most narrated love stories of all time, that of Paolo and Francesca. The elegance of the modern furnishings and the brightness of the rooms create a welcoming and refined atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously attended to. The most charming features of this villa are the splendid pool, equipped with a large solarium area, where events and pleasant evenings in the open air can be organized, and the heated outdoor jacuzzi, for moments of authentic relaxation. The nearby beaches of Misano Adriatico, boasting the Blue Flag for water cleanliness and environmental care and its vibrant nightlife thanks to numerous trendy clubs and renowned seafood restaurants, are easily accessible from the villa. A few minutes' drive away is Riccione, with its seafront voted the most beautiful in Romagna, perfect for shopping enthusiasts, thermal baths, and some of the most famous amusement parks in Italy.
Interior:
The villa spreads over three levels. From the main entrance on the ground floor, you enter a spacious open-plan area arranged with a double living zone with sofas, armchairs, and a smart TV. The very bright rooms are surrounded by large windows, some of which are sliding and give direct access to the panoramic terrace. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom (with no bidet) and a modern equipped kitchen with direct access to the park and the outdoor jacuzzi. A staircase leads to the first-floor loft, which features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, direct access to a private terrace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub. The basement floor, accessible by an internal staircase, is located on the same level as the pool. It consists of a living area with a dining area, a guest bathroom (with no bidet), and four bedrooms: one double bedroom with a walk-in closet, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with tub and shower and direct access to the garden and pool, and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located in a room accessible from the outside.
Park:
The fully fenced-in park spans 4000 square meters and is set on a sloping terrain. Beyond the entrance gate, a gravel driveway leads to the convenient parking area in front of the villa, accommodating up to 5 cars. An additional 2 parking spaces are available outside. The vegetation consists of ancient olive trees, palm trees, dense oleanders, and lush hedges that reach up to 4 meters high, delineating the villa’s perimeter to ensure privacy and quietness. The large panoramic terrace with sea and pool views surrounds the ground floor and features a dining area and a wooden solarium area with armchairs and a heated jacuzzi set at 33° suitable for 4 people. The terrace also includes another relaxation area with sofas and armchairs, as well as a second dining area with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, accessible via a few downhill steps.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located at the back of the villa and can be reached by two staircases descending from the panoramic terrace. Positioned at the same level as the basement, it is also accessible through the glass doors from the dining area and two bedrooms on that floor. The rectangular pool measures 15 x 4.5 meters, has a constant depth of 1.30 meters and is chlorine-purified. Its interior is lined with mirrored bichromatic palladian tiles, and entry into the water is via wide steps. It features atmospheric LED lighting inside. The spacious solarium area has the same tiling as the pool, is furnished with sun loungers, and includes a gazebo with a sail that shades a lounge area. The pool will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
