Sanctuaire is an architect designed, contemporary home set on over 1 acre of land in a quiet area, and conveniently located within a 5 minute drive to Bowral and nearby Frensham. A sun-drenched, north facing home on a block that is surrounded by mature trees, Sanctuaire is a place of privacy, warmth, and retreat. The quality of the home lends itself to guests who want superior surrounds, and is ideal for a bridal party or their family and friends to prepare for a special wedding day in the Southern Highlands.

Where will I be?
Sanctuaire is located near Bowral and its location is perfect for those visiting the area for weddings, events, or to explore the surrounding villages and their quaint shops, cafes and restaurants. The towns of Berrima and Moss Vale are within 10-15 minutes drive, and the outer lying areas of Burrawang and Robertson can be reached within 25 minutes drive.

Thoughfully designed to capture the northern aspect, the home is modern, welcoming and relaxing. Guests will appreciate the privacy this home has to offer. The covered outdoor terrace and dining area is a great place to enjoy a meal with friends in a tranquil setting. And, the master bedroom with ensuite is a true retreat - enjoy soaking in the bath looking out to the surrounding tall trees!
How is the property laid out?
Sanctuaire is a single level home with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with butler's pantry, and laundry.
The open plan living room encompasses the lounge room with fireplace, kitchen and dining area and the doors can be opened to extend the living area to the undercover outdoor area, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors in all weather. The light-filled master bedroom with ensuite is located near the entrance, while the two additional queen bedrooms are located at the opposing end of the house. There is a TV in the lounge room. There is also a full laundry with additional toilet.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The property also has two smart TVs, one in the main lounge room and one in the family room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic.
If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The covered deck with lounge and outdoor dining table gives guests the opportunity to be outdoors year round.

Sanctuaire has a combustable fireplace in the lounge room, and ducted heating and cooling throughout.

Sanctuaire has outdoor parking on the driveway for 3 vehicles. The garage is not accessible to guests.

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
