Condo was clean, location great, needed to check on some items and got quick response from the host which I appreciated greatly. Only thing was the BBQ grill wasn’t working the best. But excluding that loved the condo and will definitely stay there again next year on our yearly trip.

Never got a welcome letter. Number of condo was not listed on the website so had to call the property manager to figure out which condo it was. PoolHas used a push code for months and they still have an old key that doesn’t work. Location was great. Overall it was good, but management company needs to update the notebook with instructions, etc. it has been over 7 years since the instructions have been updated. Management company also needs to get in and do a thorough cleaning of floors, etc. This sounds harsh, but it is constructive feedback. I would go back again. I would also recommend to a friend.

We had a great stay. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do, but off the beaten path enough to be peaceful and just enjoy the views. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Moab.

This is a great location, on the edge of Moab, with easy access to The Arches and Canyonlands National parks. The Main Street has many restaurants and shops that met all of our needs. The vacation home provided wonderful space for our group of four adults and three teens!

Exceeded Expectations

License to Chill checked all of our boxes. The space was roomy enough for six adults to co-exist. We had everything we needed during our stay from the kitche to beach towels for the pool. The beds were super comfortable. The unit is close to the pool/hot tube and has a beatiful view. We enjoyed star gazing in the evening from the patio and appreciated the close proximity to Moab (just a few minutes). Kristen was a great host, providing timely communiations and responses to questions. The check out instructions were easy to complete. We would definitely return if we were to visit Moab in the future and highly recomment to anyone considering a visit to Moab. You won't be disappointed.

Moab and Arches a must see

Location is a bit further from town, no walking into town, but we knew this. The community had adequate amenities, but hot tub was not big enough for the size of the community, it was always full. Communication with staff was great, very receptive. The Housekeeper hoped over to change fire alarm batteries for us very quickly. Definitely not a gourmet kitchen. Just the very, very basics. Spices were gone. Fry pans old and rusted. No plastic wrap or foil. New dishwasher WAS appreciated. Extra fridge in the garage. Older home with some newer updates that were nice. Bathrooms with older tile but tub and toilet were clean. The place was clean but not really clean,clean. No shade to the cleaning crew- they probably need to be paid for a full day deep clean to work on old tile, grub on door frames, self cleaning oven, washing all the rugs and decor pillows as they were all a bit dirty. Sheets and bathroom towels were plentiful, newer, and clean. The baby items could also use a good scrubbing. We didn't feel comfortable using them for my 5 month old grandson as they were also grubby. I also suggest an upgrade in the bathroom soaps and shampoos and better paper towels. Also suggest new dish towels, sponges, and wash rags. Over all suitable. Just not as clean as portrayed with the stars.

Wonderful place to stay in Moab

We enjoyed the house and location very much, 5 miles from downtown Moab. Nice neighborhood. However, there are some things that we have not been able to reach the owners that we wanted to let them know: there were two blender tops, only one had a top to it, and the cap was missing. The other had no top to the blender top. There was a dish rack, but there was no bottom to the dish rack. So when we washed pots, the counter was always wet. There were no serving trays or platters. There were only four placemats for six people. (There are 3 bedrooms, so they should figure for 6, even though we were only 5). There was no salad spinner. There were only two small teaspoons and two small forks for six people. There were only five large plates and four smaller plates. Which meant we had to wash dishes every single time we made a meal. The three “mixing” or “serving” bowls that were provided were the thinnest plastic I have ever seen. Given the amount of money that we spent, for this 4 night stay, We will hope that the owners will upgrade these things to be in alignment with quality of what they’re charging on VRBO . We tried to get through to the owners during our stay to let them know about the lack of items in the kitchen, however, we were unable to reach them. Teri & Robert

Wonderful Arches+CanyonLands Family Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Moab at this lovely vacation home. Location was easy to find. Very glad to find this great place during the Easter Jeep Safari and SLC school's spring break when places here are hard to find. We had a fun PacMan challenge and enjoyed the provided games after a day of hiking the wonders of the area. FYI: We are sending some child safe dishes (from IKEA) so parents don't have to fear a child breaking any of the lovely glasses or dishes. (They should arrive 4-6-2024, in gratitude for the wonderful stay; no dishes were broken during our stay :-)

Week stay in Moab

The townhouse was nicely appointed and conveniently located about 15 minutes from Moab. The neighborhood was relatively quiet during our stay with the exception of the Friday night gathering in the neighbor’s garage (located next to the first floor bedroom window). The house has a lovely view of the LaSal mountains and it was wonderful to watch the sunrise and set from the living room. The Pac-Man game was a nice diversion after a day of hiking. Some items to note
the listing shows a kettle but there wasn’t one. Also, the listing states a coffee maker. It is a Keurig and k cups were provided. Be aware if you plan to cook that there weren’t many pots or pans, just three different sized, well used frying pans, a 3 qt pot, and a lobster pot. There were no storage containers, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, or foil. There were pods available for laundry, which was nice. Also, all dish washer and washing soaps were provided. There were paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. One last item to note is that the wi-fi password that is framed and posted on the kitchen counter is incorrect-there should be no capital letter in it.
