Summary:

Experience southern charm in our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, perfect for up to 15 guests! Recently renovated, it features a seasonal sparkling pool, cozy living area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown, this home is ideal for exploring all that Mobile has to offer. Our photos include both professional shots and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We’d love to host you!



The Space:

Our pool is closed for the season. It will be noted here when it reopens in the Summer of 2026.



Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside the entryway, the living room is to the right, and the staircase is to the left.

Make yourself comfortable in the cozy living space furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV.

Through the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a generous size island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. Continue through the kitchen to the open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom. The dining space has a large farm table with space to seat eight guests, and the second living area has two chairs + a futon which doubles as an extra sleeping space if needed.

Off the dining space are the laundry room and half bathroom.

This home has four bedrooms. The first is downstairs with a queen bed and can be accessed through the kitchen and entryway. Head upstairs to the additional bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The first bedroom on the right has two full beds. The second bedroom on the right has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a SmartTV. The third bedroom is on the left; it has two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also to the left of the stairs and has a shower/tub combination.

Head out back to enjoy the seasonal sparkling pool, lounge chairs, and grill!



NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located near the University of South Alabama.



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
