Retreats and Reunion`s aka R&R , Amazing ocean views in Moclips WA

This large 3 story home has unsurpassed ocean front views. There is an elevator for your convenience. Designed for large group gatherings. This home is duplex style with complete kitchens on both the 2nd and 3rd floors.  Very comfortable open concept , you can set it up for all 24 to share a meal, play games or hold a meeting  in one or split the group . However you want to use the space it is easily transformed. 
As you can see from the pictures the house has a lot of stairs to enjoy the best views possible, access to each floor is from the outside stair cases. 

Check in time is a little later than most. It is a huge house and takes extra time to prepare for your stay . So if you need to get in earlier than the 5 PM posted , check with the rental office to see if that is possible. 
Although  the owner does supply several BBQ's for guest use , At The Beach Rentals does not guarentee them. We suggest to bring your own. 
The hot tub is use at your own risk , if the Hot Tub was drained prior to your arrival it takes 4-6 hours to heat up. If you are sensitive to chlorine we suggest you do not use it , To keep it sanatary for large groups the level is quite high 
Cell phone service is spotty at the house, we have discovered Verizon Wireless has the strongest signal.
