It is very well connected, with bus stops next to the building, supermarkets and cafes and only two minutes from the beach by foot. The apartment has one room, 2 beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, pool and a terrace. The apartment and swimming pool are both on the third floor. There are stairs and lifts.

You can use the pool and the lift, the pool is only closed on Thursdays for personal rest.
There is paid parking next to the building and you can also find free parking on the same street (depending on availability).
