Located in a private quiet cul-de-sac, in the village of Moni, Villa Eleni is 7km or a 10-minute drive from the St Rafael Marina and the Luxurious Park Lane Hotel and its coveted beach and a further 2 km from the Amathus area at the Eastern and very popular part of Limassol whilst the City Center is a 20 minute drive from the Villa. The popular Governor’s Beach with its famed beachfront Sea Food taverns is also a short 8-minute drive to the West.



The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convenient and stylish island connecting it with the living area. Big sliding doors open to a generous backyard and private swimming pool offering the opportunity for comfortable al fresco dining under the automated retractable shader or enjoying a cocktail on the cozy outdoor bar which includes a built-in grill for barbecuing.



All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom comes with a King-sized bed and shower ensuite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the second with one twin bed as well as a bunk bed, share a second and separate bathroom. The spacious bunk bed enables Villa Eleni to comfortably accommodate 7 guests. The bedrooms on the first floor have great mountain views, but also a fantastic view of the garden and pool area below.
