On the ground floor, the house comprises a kitchen with induction hob, a fridge with freezer, electric kettle; a living area with TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed (dou-ble bed) and a comfortable bathroom with basin, toilet, bidet, and shower.
A short set of stairs brings you on the double bedroom, is a cosy room with the romantic feeling of a traditional Apulian building but with the modern comforts of the 21st century as air conditoning
This elegant building is perfectly located to explore the small streets of historic centre of Monopoli, only within minutes walk you will find plenty of excellent restaurants serving typical Apulian dishes, cafés, and bars catering for all ages and tastes. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, takeaway pizza, etc. are within walking distance, too.
If you are arriving in Monopoli by car, we recommend that you park at the large carpark near the railway station and take the short walk to the house, approximately a 400mt.
