The first dependance is located on the 1st floor, on one single level, and is accessed only by an external staircase. It consists of a living area with lounge, dining table and kitchenette (with oven and dishwasher). Following 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Dependance 2:
The second dependance is also located on the 1st floor, on one single level, and is accessed only by an external staircase.
