I Lauri is a restored farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, immersed in the wooded terrain of a private golf club near Montefiore dell'Aso. The property combines original elements such as stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and wrought-iron stairs with modern comfort, spread over three floors and offering six bedrooms in a large and bright environment. Furnished in a contemporary style, it is perfect for convivial moments, thanks to the professional kitchen and the large spaces dedicated to lunch and relaxation. Outside, the garden is characterized by lawns, shaded areas furnished for relaxation and a pool with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Guests can also access the nearby I Lauri Golf Club, with fairways surrounded by trees and views of the sea. This villa is ideal for those looking for a quiet and panoramic base, a short distance from the beaches of southern Marche and the hilly villages of Val d'Aso.

The villa is spread over three floors. GROUND FLOOR — Reception room (golf club side); living room; service bathroom with dressing room and two toilets; dining room in the pergola area with large windows and seating area; professional kitchen; pantry; service bathroom; laundry with external access and guest toilet; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and external access. FIRST FLOOR — Accessible via internal and external stairs; three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower (one without bidet and one with ornamental fireplace — all rooms are equipped with minibar and TV). SECOND FLOOR — Two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is immersed in the wooded park of the I Lauri Golf Club, among shady lawns, olive trees, fruit trees, bamboo and a centuries-old oak tree. The garden is fenced and bordered by hedges. Several furnished seating areas are distributed around the villa, including a spacious dining area next to the pergola. Guests can use the outdoor spaces when the golf course is closed. Access is via an automatic bar with an entry code. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located to the west of the villa and is accessible from the dining area under the pergola. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; internal and external lighting; chlorine purification system; access through three internal steps. The solarium area is partly lawn and partly paved with wood, furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and a porch swing. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
