The space
Attention to detail, style and comfort characterise the entire residence and make it perfect for any requirement. Ideal for those who want to rediscover the silence and quiet of the woods, for group retreats (families, friends or sportspeople) thanks to the lively and fun heated swimming pool with its large multicolored waterfall.

The recently completed renovation was carried out taking into consideration the theme of sustainability, respect for the environment, art, history and culture of the place. Thus, Casale Pergolla can now boast a marked autonomy obtained thanks to the wise use of natural sources: energy needs have been met with the use of solar panels and water ones with the use of heat pump systems and a source of pure water that comes directly from the mountains to the farmhouse, feeding a wonderful 1700 fountain. The materials used (all natural) have been carefully selected to be in perfect harmony with the historical nature of the original stones of the building.

The farmhouse is on two floors connected by an external staircase and has three fully equipped kitchens, one of which has a table for 14 people; two lounges, a reading area and three smart TVs with web platforms for entertainment. In the large living room on the ground floor, which is fully air conditioned, there is a professional pool table which, transforms into another large dining table capable of accommodating another 16 people, thanks to bespoke Plexiglas plates. Two fireplaces, one antique and the other a modern design one, furnish and warm the evenings, creating unforgettable atmospheres. The 6 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are finely furnished and each equipped with air conditioning and USB sockets for charging mobile phones. In the living area on the ground floor there is also an elegant bathroom and a study with sofa bed and desk to offer further possibilities for relaxation, reading and also a comfortable and reserved workstation for smartworking. The house is also equipped with a Hammam for two people and a pool house overlooking the woods, sofa bed and additional bathroom.

The garden, over one hectare in size, is equipped with a large dining area and relaxation areas where you can find outdoor seating areas covered by pleasant gazebos, table football, a ping-pong table, relaxing hammocks and an irresistible swimming pool. Usable from April to October, the farmhouse pool, in addition to being heated (upon request and for a fee), is equipped with a special removable transparent cover and is the ideal size for those who want to do a regular swimming workout. The whole house, including the pool area, is served by a powerful wifi.

The view from the garden is spectacular: it offers a breathtaking view of Monte Amiata in Tuscany and the unspoiled vegetation of the nature reserve. A privileged point to fill your eyes with the colors of the earth and sky. In fact, in the surroundings, there are no other buildings and you can lose your gaze in boundless green for a total immersion with nature.

The park, completely fenced and safe, is equipped with a convenient parking in the shade and a historic wood-burning oven. Those who want can rediscover the flavors of the past by cooking bread, pizza or meat.
