Dieses schöne, direkt am Meer gelegene Haus ist 8 Min. vom Airport in Montego Bay entfernt und bietet Ihnen eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Nur ein paar Schritte dann ist man am eigenen Badestrand. Sehr geeignet auch fĂŒr Kinder, da das Meer am Rand flach ist. Durch ein vorgelagertes Riff gute Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Ein Kajak steht zur Vermietung bereit. Weitere Wassersportmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Ebenso ist ein Grill im Garten vorhanden. Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. TĂ€glich frischgefangene Fische nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Einkaufszentrum 'Fairview' erreichen Sie mit dem Auto, Taxi oder Bus in ca. 5 Minuten.

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 7 Schlafmöglichkeiten. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsizebett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsizebett und einem separatem Bett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Queensizebett. Aircondition in allen Schlafzimmern. Des Weiteren befinden sich im Haus 3 BĂ€der und ein Wohnzimmer mit KĂŒche. GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine, KĂŒhl-Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen ect., Waschmaschine, Trockner, TV, Radio-CD und WLAN.
Mein Hausmeister Tman bewacht das Haus Tag und Nacht und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Martin unser Koch bereitet Ihnen gerne traditionelle Speisen zu.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren nur sehr kurz in diesem Haus. Wir hatten es gebucht weil es uns gut gefiel und wir am nĂ€chsten Tag wieder nach Hause geflogen sind. Die nĂ€he zu Flughafen war uns hier wichtig. Wir haben eine Perle gefunden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Strand war toll und lud zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ein. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut und reichhaltig fĂŒr die Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den gelungenen Aufenthalt und hoffentlich Bis bald :-)

Wanted to Do Something Special for My Wife's 60th Birthday

I Wanted to Do Something Special for My Wife's 60th Birthday and ran across this place, quite by accident. I showed it to her. She said, "What the heck, we're going to Jamaica!" It was our first time in Jamaica and could not have been more pleased. PapaD picked up at the airport and took us to "our home". The surroundings were just so delightful and truly refreshing that most of us never left the tranquility of the property. Martin prepared dinner every evening except one, including her Birthday dinner of lobster, conch and other local dishes. PapaD AJ with Martin and T-Man, the caretaker, as backup singers, performed a special concert in the evening. All of our needs were met or exceeded! My Wife said: "You did GOOD, Skipp!" Unvergesslich schön!

Wir waren mit der Familie fast drei Wochen (MĂ€rz-April '17) in diesem wunderschönen Haus und sind begeistert. Es ist alles da was man braucht - und mehr! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, der Garten lĂ€dt zum Sonnenbaden ein und der neue Pool ist toll geworden. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal zum Relaxen und Erkunden der Insel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt, auch weil wir von Evelyne, Papa D und T-man so herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden und sie auf Wunsch immer fĂŒr uns da waren. Ihr Lieben, ich möchte mich noch einmal ganz herzlich fĂŒr den tollen Urlaub, und ganz besonders fĂŒr meinen unvergesslichen Geburtstag, den Ihr mir bereitet habt, bedanken!!! Diesen Tag nicht nur mit der Familie sondern auch mit FREUNDEN feiern zu können, obwohl wir uns erst seit ein paar Tagen kannten, war ein Traum (like walking on the rainbow).

So to start off this review, I gave 1 star literally just for the view of the property. Evelin’s communication or lack there of once I arrived was none until reaching out to Vrbo with my issues. The picture showing it’s the entire home is false. It’s only half of the home pictured. The one big amenity that was listed but missing was the dryer for drying our clothing when needed. Some other things to note about the property is that it is multiple rentals that share access to the pool and ocean which isn’t listed as well. Another is the property has 24/7 staffing that stay there which isn’t listed and randomly seeing them while outside or around while trying to enjoy the solitude that you’re not going to get. It’s just weird like paid babysitters to an extent. Also other random people would show up to hangout with staff too. They host a radio station on the property as well and random music plays at random times through out the day and night. The towels in the bathroom were white but stained. I can physically be seen with ease in the kitchen from the other home the staff are staying in. My family and I left the property a week early due to these things and all Evelin had to say was none of this was valid to terminate my stay to leave early. NO PRIVACY!! FALSE ADVERTISING BEWARE!!!

Lovely stay

We were quite pleased with the accommodations, the welcoming hosts, responsiveness, the great access to the ocean, nice clean pool,etc. There was plenty of space and comfortable chairs to chill-out and the children loved the pool. The rooms were also very comforable and well equipped. The location is quite good in being near restaurants and grocery shops. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the house to others and might come back too!

It was a comfortable house minus no air conditioning in common areas but nice ocean breeze on the ocean but most of all the gentleman Mr.Tman whom takes care of the property was awesome outstanding and felt very secure comfortable and welcome with him he was very accommodating as well attentive! Tman also takes great care in keeping the property clean and consistently cleaning pool etc thank you very much Mr TMan for all you have done and keeping us safe and happy! We will definitely be coming back again in the future to stay at this property thanks to the wonderful people in which were there to help us with our every need!

Amazing stay

Evelin was fast and great replying/communicating. The house was beautiful and the beach was clean and so clear. I would highly recommend snorkeling in the beach there were so many beautiful fishes we were able to see. Martin was a very nice person and amazingly mg chef. He cooked for us dinner with lobster and fish we bought at the fish market. TMAN was very welcoming, protective of us. Gave us great tips of things to do. The house is 10 mins from the airport but I would recommend to pay the fee to have the driver pick you up at the airport. It was so convenient and safer way. I would recommend the tours with transportation rather than asking driver to take you as most tours come with transportation and it is cheaper. Everyone made sure we were happy and comfortable. We were so happy and safe during our stay. Our young kids enjoy the pool and the beach all day.

Beautiful place

Everything was wonderful, just what we were looking for. The on-site staff was wonderful and very helpful. Beautiful view and really nice pool. We had a rental car, but next time we would save the money and use their transportation service. Our only complaint was the busy road and the loud trucks air breaking for the stop light. If they could make airbreaking illegal it would have been a 5star for us . Thanks Evelin. You are wonderful!

Back to Paradise

Don't know where to begin..... Communication with Evelin Kalteis (owner) prior to arrival was excellent, everything was as explained. Dwayne and T'man met us on arrival at airport, and were within earshot or a txt message all week. Pappa D, was a fantastic host who even invited us to sit in on his radio show. Martin is an amazing Chef... 2 couples joined us for the last few days and both said Martin's meal was the best they had eaten the whole time on the Island. Everyone at Triplets made us feel welcome and part of their family. We felt like we were home. only comment not positive is the outdoor space is very limited for larger groups wanting to lounge by he pool area or ocean for relaxation & swimming. Note: I forgot my glasses in the van and Dwayne met me at the airport to give them to me a week later! Pappa D, T-Man, Dwayne & Martin.... all are amazing, and made us feel like family! We plan on returning again to Triplets,

Best family and Birthday vacation ever

Staying at Triplets on the Bay was by far the best decision I have ever made when it comes to traveling. We had everything we could have possibly needed at the house for cooking and enjoying our stay. When I booked I really liked how the place was right on the ocean and the pictures don't do it justice, it is so much more!! I strongly recommend utilizing all the people that are available when you stay @ Triplets on the Bay. Dwayne was available whenever we needed to drive us anywhere we wanted to go. We experienced the Real Jamaica and not just a resort. I feel blessed to have experienced Jamaica for all its beauty and it was only because of the staff. T-man was a phenomenal tour guide giving us the history of Jamaica and sharing with us his knowledge of the Island and all it had to offer. Papa-D shared his music with us and watching him play the guitar and sing was the most amazing B-day present I have ever received. Martin was an outstanding Chef and he was so willing to make whatever we asked of him including some very specific dietary restriction options. Evelin was also very welcoming and responded quickly to all our requests through the VRBO app. I enjoyed our conversations immensly. I feel like we not only had the best vacation of our lives but we now have life long friends. We will definetly be going back in the near future. This vacation truly changed our lives and it is due to it being an experience and not just a trip! Much love, The Amato-Beck family

nice place but not to US/European standards

The view from the house is great, the shared pool area is nice and the owners are friendly. We enjoyed the goodbye song ! However the cleanliness is not what you would expect from a well rated vrbo property (hair in bathrooms and floors, sticky stove and counter) and the house comes with no amenities (no shampoo or body wash, no coffee/tea) so plan ahead if you stay there.

What can I say that other reviewers haven’t already said? Maybe some “you should knows” for future travelers: - Tman and the crew are just as amazing as the reviews say. It’s like no place I’ve ever stayed - we were family while we were there. - The location is very convenient, no matter what part of Jamaica you’re going to. The private beach is small but excellent. - Have at least one meal at home with Martin. He beats most local restaurants, and for half the price. - There’s one sketchy area nearby. Tman will point it out if you ask (or if you look like you’re about to go out for a walk at night). - Check in / out logistics were so easy and flexible!

Best VRBO in Montego Bay

We had such an amazing time at this home, thanks to Dewayne, Tman, PapaD and Martin. They were so welcoming and helpful, there when we needed something, and out of the way when we just wanted to relax. We will forever consider them our family. The home is in a prime location, right on the water. The pool is maintained and immaculately clean. Some people have commented on the road noise, it it didn’t bother us.

Ocean side BUT??

Ocean side was nice, but the location otherwise not good. Right next to a very busy 4 lane, caused issues with sleeping. We also were surprised that only the bedrooms were air conditioned. Kitchen especially got hot Maintenance could be better
