Welcome to a quiet and peaceful renovated garden studio with sea view, located within a few steps away from the World Famous Doctor's Cave Beach and Hip Strip.
Please, note: 3rd floor, stairs!
Best place to relax and feel Jamaica! Quiet, Spacious, Clean and Recently Renovated comfortable Studio in a Gated Condo Complex (24/7 securities on duty) just a few steps away from the heart of Montego Bay - Hip Strip.
Ocean and Garden View Studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washer in the unit (NO DRYER, air dry on the balcony), Queen-size bed and futon and, of course, Balcony facing the beautiful view.
The rooftop pool is less than 50 meters away, available 24/7.
The building itself is 40+ years old and rundown - sorry, nothing we can do about that yet.
It has all the amenities to become your home away from home:
● Queen-size bed with orthopedic mattress
● Futon with linen on request (let's be honest - not really comfortable for adults)
● 50 inch LED Flat-Screen TV
● AC unit
● FREE WIFI Internet and Cable TV
● Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast place and granite counter-tops, plus Dishwasher, Over-the-Range Microwave, Cooktop, and Fridge
● Premium bed linen and under everything, the mattress and pillows are fully encased in protective covers
● Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths
● Safe box
● Washer in the unit (NO DRYER, air dry on the balcony)
● Rooftop Swimming Pool overlooking the ocean open 24/7
● ATM machine across the street
The apartment is only an elevator ride and a few steps away from the World Famous Doctor's Cave Beach ($8 per adult, $4 per child entrance fee per day, not included in room price) and Starbucks. Within a short walk from free beaches, shops, Margaritaville, Moods and other nightclubs and restaurants on the Hip Strip.
Very close to everything but located in a quiet area.
Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the mesmerizing view of the blue Caribbean Sea, available for your vacation!

A: No. All of these are provided.

A: For sanitary reasons, since we are located on a humid tropical island, we do not provide any food or condiments.

A: Early check-in and late checkout should be requested in advance. Authorized early check-in and late check out is $20 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $100. We can only confirm early check-in/Late check-out on the day of based on availability. If we are unable to accommodate early check-in/late check-out, you can store your luggage at the lobby upstairs until check-in time (3pm).

A: Both! The property is located between Top Road and Bottom Road and has 2 entrances: one from Top Rd via El Greco entrance, suitable for cars, and the second one from Bottom Road right across from Doctors Cave beach via the main building entrance (walking only, stairs!)
Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Jamaica?
A: Yes it is totally safe. Jamaica is famous for the quality of its tap water.
