Villa Bravio is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa made of stone. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Bravio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. Villa Bravio is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5.5 km (3.4 miles) from Montepulciano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 600 meters (660 yards) and the bus stop at 550 meters (1800 feet).
You will reach Villa Bravio from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Bravio. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Bravio is along a 350-meter (1150-foot) unpaved road.

As guests of Villa Bravio you will have the opportunity to take part in cooking classes, bike or vespa tours, as well as arrange chef service to enjoy delicious Tuscan dishes directly on site (all services are upon request and for a fee). Also, you will have the opportunity to have your small wedding/event arranged at the property (on request and for an extra cost).


Also, your stay will include a welcome self-service dinner (food and beverage included), a breakfast service on Sunday (food and beverage included), a Tuscan dinner on Monday (food and beverage included), a wine tour in organic winery on Monday, a lunch and wine tasting in local winery on Thursday (food and beverage included) and a cooking class on Wednesday (cost of ingredients included). Please note the days to book these services can be varied according to the guests's wishes and upon chef's availability.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by a wood roof. It is equipped with two wrought-iron benches and with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with ancient stone tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has two large windows.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The three dining tables can accommodate 20 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has two large windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a large panoramic window.

This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area.
