A few important details to highlight before booking:
- No washer/dryer but there are laundromats in Otis (10 mins) and Great Barrington (15 mins) with self-serve and wash-and-fold options
- No AC but new ceiling fan in living room and several standing/table fans available if needed
- No closet but there is a large chest of drawers
- Handrailing has since been installed on the main entrance.
