Casa Ruta F is a characteristic and welcoming cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ruta F you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Ruta F is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Suvereto, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Ruta F from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Ruta F you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Ruta F is along a 200-meter (660 feets) narrow unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The two dining tables can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a three-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
