In the heart of the peaceful village of Montesquieu-des-Albères, this charming and authentic Catalan house has been restored with great care in respect and authenticity.

The approach of a classification of our cottage in 4 stars is the reflection of our wish to offer you a comfortable all inclusive stay in our beautiful department of the Pyrénées-Orientales.

At Micocoulier, all our guests are from Very Important Persons!

It starts with a personalized welcome to introduce you to your resort including :

- its fully equipped kitchen with selected quality appliances to make it easy and pleasant to use as this coffee-machine for a tasty breakfast. In order to allow you to settle in serenely, we also make available to you food of «first necessity» (sugar, coffee in grain, tea, flour, oil, pepper, salt) but also, as a welcome gift: a tasty local wine, also local fruit juice and mineral water ;

- its living room with sofa and leather ottoman, flat screen, Blu-ray player and Delta freebox with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime for your movie evenings ;

- the storeroom with a second refrigerator to store your drinks and other dishes in the fresh and/or freezer that allows you to store your tasty regional products ;

- an independent toilet with washbasin completes this level ;

- the superb terrace on stilts like a tree house and its grass more real than nature all with exceptional views of the Albères, the roofs of Montesquieu, the Canigou and the Plaine du Roussillon. The freshness brought by the delicate shading of the leaves of the Micocoulier is an invitation to a delicious idleness or to share moments of conviviality around the dishes prepared on the plancha.

We attach great importance to your well-being. The night floor was therefore thought of as an authentic place of rest and relaxation.

- To have sweet dreams, you need good bedding. It is from this thread that we selected a quality bedding for each of the three rooms composed of a slatted bed base BULTEX, two EMMA 80*200 mattresses or an EMMA 160*200 mattress according to the configuration requested by our guests and DODO duvets as well as 2 pillows, a soft, firm, to adapt to your morphology or your desires. As your car ride is often challenging, the beds are made with clean linen provided and of course disinfected ;
- to prepare you for a sweet night what better than a bath or shower that we have thought as a place of well-being and pleasure. A bath sheet and towel as well as shampoo and shower gel are also provided. A bubble where you like to enjoy ;
- you will take a little height on the second terrace which offers you a perfect spot to admire the sunsets and the tranquility of the roofs of Montesquieu at night. An intimate space to savour without moderation !

A laundry room is also available next to the garage with a Miele washing machine and an iron. The garage allows parking of a trailer, bicycles, a roof box or your vehicle (depending on dimensions). A sink in the garage allows you to clean your beach equipment and equipment and many shelves to store them.

In our 4 star cottage the Micocoulier everything is included, including WiFi and heating or air conditioning depending on the season...
