We welcome you to this charming farmhouse, located in the heart of the Loire Valley and its châteaux, between Tours and Amboise, in the lovely wine-growing village of Montlouis-sur-Loire.

You will appreciate its comfort, its proximity to Amboise (10 minutes), and its location near the region's main tourist attractions... Ideal for a stay with family, friends, or for business trips.

The accommodation

We are offering this family home for rent, located in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8.

The ground floor comprises:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a central island: induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and French press), refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, basic necessities…
- A dining room with a wood-burning stove
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm)
- A shower room with a shower and toilet

On the first floor, you will find:
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) leading to a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet (accessible from the bedroom)
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
- A mezzanine with a library and sofa
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A large garden (800 m²) with a terrace and dining area and barbecue
- 1 unheated above-ground pool

The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

Guest access
The entire property is at your disposal (except for the garage and boiler room). Parking is available in the courtyard.
The town of Montlouis is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central location for visiting the Loire châteaux and vineyards. The center of Montlouis is a 4-minute drive away. The nearest châteaux are 15 minutes away.

Other remarks
The price includes linens: sheets, towels, bath mat, and kitchen towel. Beds are made upon arrival, and cleaning is provided upon departure.
A small grocery store, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided to help you get started during your stay.
