Welcome to Annie and William's charming 290 m² farmhouse in Montpouillan, typical of the Marmandais region. It can accommodate up to 15 travellers and has been completely renovated for large family gatherings and friendships.
It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room with a large sitting room separated from the dining room by an open fireplace, an open kitchen with central island, six beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and two shower rooms. There is a garden of approx. 400 m² and an uninterrupted view of the surrounding countryside. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- An 80 m² living room with sofas, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including a central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A TV room with television and CD player.
- A laundry room.
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed.
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and bath.
- Two separate WCs.
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 6: two double beds (140x190) and a single cabin bed.
- Two shower rooms, one with a WC.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 400 m² garden with 3 terraces and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
There is a table tennis table, a petanque area and a fenced-in mini-pool (diameter 2.40 x 60 m).
- An unheated swimming pool, open all year round.
- The pool is covered with a tarpaulin.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, cot, baby bath, tumble dryer, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron,

The house is ideally situated in Montpouillan, in very pleasant surroundings beside a stream and overlooking a lake. In the surrounding towns, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
The Canal du Midi is 800 m away, with its beautiful cycle path and boat trips.
You can also discover the Casteljaloux thermal baths, the Clarens lake (water games), an 18-hole golf course and the new CENTER PARC.
You will be about 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse, 1 hour 45 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon, Lac de Biscarrosse, the Ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla and Périgord.
Event: GAROROCK Festival at the end of June.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, 8 km from the A62 motorway, exit 5.
You can park all types of vehicles (around ten) directly in the house's private car park, which is secured by a digital code gate. A bicycle storage area is also available.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Marmande SNCF train station: TGV line Bordeaux Paris, Toulouse.
- Nearest airport: Mérignac de Bordeaux, 1h15 away.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Price: €15 per person, including bed linen and towels. Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
