Luxury Modern Home in Trendy Le Plateau

This modern and minimalist home is centrally located in the city's trendiest neighbourhood, Le Plateau. With its 9 ft ceilings and 2000 sq. ft of open floor space it makes for a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. At your doorstep find bustling cafes and restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops and everything you need including the Laurier metro station within walking distance. After a day of touring the city pour a glass of bubbly and kick back in the sunken living room or outdoors in the sun.
The space
This 2 story home offers high end finishes and is fully equipped with everything you need for a short term stay.

The main level features a sunken living room with 50" TV and access to Netflix (no cable). The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a generic coffee maker for ground coffee as well as a keurig machine. The dining area offers a large table comfortably seating 6. There is also a modern office and a powder room. The patio off the main floor is equipped with some furniture and a small BBQ.

The wide (48") staircase leading to the upper level of the house has a railing on the right we recommend using as they are open concept stairs. Please train smaller children to use the railing and watch them while on the stairs.

The top level of the house has a master bedroom with ensuite European style bathroom and walk in closest. There is also a balcony off the Master that overlooks the patio. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third offers twin bunk beds. We also have a pack n play for guest use. Note that the room with the bunk beds has a door to lead outside that can be locked in two different spots so small children cannot exit. :) Additionally there is a nook outside the bedrooms that offers a large desk/workspace.
