- In return, we ask guests to complete a few simple checkout tasks:
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Bag and seal all garbage and bring it to the back alley
- Put white towels only in the washing machine and start a cycle (detergent provided)
*Our cleaners handle the beds and everything else.
- We reserve the right to charge C$100–C$300 + tax for failure to complete the required checkout tasks or for late departures.
- Optional mid-stay cleaning (fresh linens, towels, light tidy): C$100, subject to availability.

***Early check-in / late check-out (subject to staff availability):

The space was great for our group. 4 en-suite bedrooms. For being on the ground floor it was surprisingly quiet. Layout of kitchen/dining room/living room was great. Plenty of seating and dish/glass ware. Lots of love for the hi tech shower set up in the 3 of 4 bathrooms. Door to back bedroom does not stay closed, as an fyi. Had some entertainment on back patio we quite enjoyed of a squirrel devouring a chocolate croissant!

The apartment is clean and nice and furnished perfectly, supplied with everything you need. We loved the private baths in each bedroom. We also loved the big dining table and open living area. The main drawback is the parking situation, but that was explained very well ahead of time. We found Ubers were never more than a few minutes away. The patio also was nice, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. We were able to find good restaurants and shops very close. We would definitely stay again.

We were in Montreal for 4 nights. This location was perfectly located near the metro as well as many shops and restaurants. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. Spectacular apartment in lively neighborhood

This is truly a ground level apartment fronting the street. We were worried about noise but the apartment is very quiet and we had no problems sleeping. Very comfortable beds. The living room is in the center of the apartment with windows that look out on a small patio, which provides sunlight and views. Four full bathrooms proved a plus. The neighborhood is alive and you feel like you're in "real" Montreal and not a tourist area. On the street are restaurants serving any cuisine you can imagine. Fresh croissants are one block away. The metro stop is two blocks away and a ten minute ride to historic Montreal.

Well appointed apartment in great area

We selected this location for a family girls trip, and it was a great decision! If you are looking for a comfortable stay, great location near restaurants and cafĂ©s, and a well-appointed kitchen if you decide to stay in for a night, this is the place! Each of the four bedrooms had its own en suite bathroom with spa level showers which was great for privacy and comfort. Plenty of room for others to stay if you are looking for more of an adult slumber party kind of situation. The kitchen with island featured everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals, including full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Don’t even worry about having to purchase cleaning or paper products, as these were provided as well. However, if you decide to take advantage of the area, there are loads of cute cafĂ©s and restaurants representing all corners of the globe within walking distance. As Americans, we loved the local boulangeries, where we could have a fabulous cup of coffee and a beautiful pastry every morning. Parking was nearby and affordable for a large city, but if you decided to forgo a rental car and use public transportation, the Metro was only a couple blocks away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location, Spacious accommodations

Perfect location! The condo was right in the middle of a trendy street with lots of shopping and eating all around within walking distance. Even though on the main street it was very quiet and you never heard any street noises inside. The condo was huge and every room had its own bathroom so we all were very comfortable. The condo was fully stocked including coffee and everything needed if we wanted to cook. With so many food choices right outside we opted to eat out for our meals. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including down to old Montreal, Notre Dame Basilica and old port. This was our first time in Montreal and this place was perfect, highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Thank you.

The property is beautifully appointed on the inside, and separate bedroom/ bathrooms for the 4 of us was perfect! The location was within easy walking distance of the metro, boulangerie, and several restaurants and cafes. Great location to explore Montreal

Loved having 4 BR/4 Baths and enough communal spaces to spread out and socialize. Well equipped kitchen and grocery stores nearby also a plus. Ground floor meant we didn’t have to carry luggage up any stairs. Some noise from our upstairs neighbors stomping around but not intolerable. Owner is very responsive to guest comments or concerns and immediately jumps into action to problem solve. We had a wonderful stay overall.

Girlfriends' Rendez-vous

Five friends from childhood and adolescence converged at this apartment for a great visit and chance to experience a city rich in culture. The apartment met our needs perfectly: good space to be together and beds/bathrooms enough to provide privacy. While Rue St. Denis is somewhat busy, the apartment is quiet and offers all the convenient amenities that one would seek. I recommend it highly.

GREAT APPARTMENT

We were a family of 5. The place was fully equipped with all we needed. from the kitchen, beds, showers and every thing else. the fact that you have a privet shower and toilet in every bedroom was super comfort. Thank you very much for having us. we had a great time.
