The Space:

The beautiful and majestic Black Bear Chalet is a brand-new construction located in the Allen Falls development of Morin Heights. Set on 133,000 sq. ft. of private land, this stunning 6,000 sq. ft. home spans three levels, offering ultimate privacy with 300 meters of private access, far from the main road.



The main level features a grand terrace with sweeping views of the surrounding nature, accessible from both the spacious living area and two master bedrooms. A staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, which includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private balcony. There’s also an equipped office and a snug reading corner.



On the basement level, you'll find a large children's room with bunk beds and single beds, perfect for family stays. The games room, featuring a TV lounge, billiards, and mini football, promises endless entertainment. For movie lovers, there’s a dedicated 4K cinema room with a screen, sound system, and 8 reclining comfort seats.
