The Chalet Croc Blanc 4 Saisons is located in a PREMIUM location, in the heart of Morzine resort, a few steps from the slopes, shops, entertainment, bars and restaurants. This family chalet, dating from 1954 was transformed in 2014 into a modern and comfortable chalet, offers you 200 m² of living space with a superb 180° view of the mountains of Morzine Avoriaz as well as outdoor like a rejuvenating garden and a large panoramic and sunny balcony.


Its charming and delicate décor is a wonderful blend of 1950s Alpine style and contemporary design. The wood-burning stove is located in the center of the main room, so you can feel its warmth and admire its shimmering flames from every angle, whether you're enjoying a glass of wine at the table or relaxing with a book on the sofa.

But what truly makes for a relaxing holiday is the chalet's 50m² dedicated wellness area, complete with a sauna, Nordic wooden spa, sensory rain shower, and relaxation space that you can use as you wish.

The chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in one of its five en-suite bedrooms, spread over two levels and equipped with a television, Wi-Fi access, and a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, where everyone can unwind as they please. On the ground floor: You'll find four bedrooms – three that can be converted into either twin beds or a double bed, and one cozy bedroom with a double bed.
