The space
Recently upgraded, this beautiful home in the heart of Moss Beach has all the amenities you’ve come to expect in a vacation ‘get-away’. A few hundred feet away from coastal bluffs, an ‘easy-to-navigate’ path lead vacationers back in time to the prohibition era when ‘rum-runners’ would drop their ‘boot-legged’ liquor at what is now the scrumptious Moss Bay Distillery. Seal Cove and the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve sit right next door and offer spectacular opportunities to commune with nature and capture amazing photos highly recommended for memorializing your visit.

This home has two levels. A large entry on the 1st level provides ample space to transfer your gear through the front door or the spacious 2-car garage. 2 bedrooms (queen beds) separated by 1 bathroom, are located on this level alongside a sizable washer/dryer to keep clothes and towels fresh during your entire stay

The main living space is on the 2nd level. An en-suite, 1 bedroom (queen bed) and bath, provides privacy and sits adjacent to the full-service kitchen. Next comes the massive entertainment area, combining dining room and family space, framed with large ‘picture’ windows to view the ocean by day and brilliant sunsets by night. Barbecue on the deck and enjoy a beverage of your choice while gazing at nature’s bounty.

Private Cottage
The 4th bedroom (queen bed) and 3rd bath are situated in this cozy, private cottage. There is easy access from the main home or backyard gate, leading from the two-car driveway.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This property easily sleeps 8 travelers with 4 bedrooms (queen beds) and 3 bathrooms. The family room has a large sectional couch which can accommodate sleeping bags for adults and children of any age.

Outdoor Space
The 2nd level deck has a barbecue and seating for relaxation any time of day to take in the pure beauty of the Pacific Coastline. There is ample entertainment space with firepit in the backyard adjacent to the private cottage with easy access to the main home

Discover Northern California’s coastal foothills by traveling from Interstate 280 and Highway 92 west to historic Half Moon Bay, then north on picturesque Highway 1 to Moss Beach.

Owner will provide access code for the main home front door lock; a lockbox with key will open the private cottage.
