Welcome to Pure Serenity Villa, Located on one of the most spectacular beaches in Exuma. Built in 2021, Pure Serenity is one of the newest villas in Exuma and offers some of the most breathtaking views. With a Gorgeous Beach front view of Exuma’s famous turquoise water you will truly feel nothing but Pure serenity.

Entering through the front doors you’ll instantly be greeted with a warm inviting modern feel, with a unbelievable view of the ocean.

This villa was designed to be your home away from home with all the amenities you would want. With Smart Tv’s in all rooms and a Wi-Fi mesh system, you’ll always be connected. This modern beach villa comes equipped with an integrated smart audio system controlled via a wall-mounted iPad

Pure Serenity Villa is an excellent choice for those seeking privacy, amenities, and luxury. Ayana was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport and led us to the Villa, which was about 3 minutes away. She was a constant source of information and recommendations throughout the week. The Villa is everything you could want. The Villa was spotless and had everything you could want from spatulas to whole house bluetooth speakers. The firepit and grill were great for outdoor relaxation. Frank was incredibly responsive and went the extra step to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Frank, Ayana, and Terrelle make a great team. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Definitely will rebook in the future!

Amazing house and location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. We didn't experience any power outages, but this house has a whole house automatic standby generator which is a really nice benefit. Centrally located on the island, but still close to Georgetown and the airport. We never heard any planes during our stay. Booking and communication throughout with the home owner was easy. This house is a easy 10 rating.

Our family and some friends take yearly trips to various destinations around the US and Caribbean, and this property is officially our favorite we’ve ever rented! The house is lovely, clean, modern, and well-equipped. It’s 3 minutes from the airport, but feels tucked away and remote! We had both a pool and the ocean at our fingertips, and it felt like we almost had a private beach to ourselves! We appreciated the stocked kitchen (cookware, spices, and even multicolored yeti-style branded cups!), plentiful seating, and especially the sound system that allowed us to connect and play music throughout the house (and outside) from an iPhone. The beds were comfy and the towels were of good quality. And, though there is tons of natural light throughout because of tall windows and high ceilings, there were blackout curtains in every room to ensure we could sleep in! (Essential on vacation!) I cannot say enough about this property - we’re already talking about renting it again!! Five stars, hands down.

Family Week at Serenity

My husband and I took our children and grandaughter for our annual vacation and could be happier with the villa - it was spotless, well appointed and beautiful. The outdoor living spaces and pool are fantastic. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet white sandy beaches and found the central location was nice. We explored Little Exuma and went to the other end as well. HIghly recommend this home!

Amazing Property

Pure Serenity was a beautiful property. It had everything you would need. The location is near the airport, you didn’t notice planes at all and the house is tucked away on a private street with only a couple other houses. The beach is secluded and beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve seen. We were a family of 8 - six adults and 2 children. The bunk room bed could have been bigger and better for the adult couple staying in that room with their kids but it worked just fine. Exuma is a magical place for a beach vacation and Pure Serenity was amazing!

Great week at Pure Serenity!

Awesome beach house in a great location! My family stayed at Pure Serenity Villa 5/16-5/23 and had a great time. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool is the perfect size for hanging out and the beach/water is exactly what Exuma is known for. Spectacular shades of blue on white soft sand. The house has a built in speaker system that is easy to operate and sounds great. The location couldn’t be better with a 1.5 mile trip from the airport. And central on the island. We explored the entire island and were never more than 45 min from home. Jimmy Hill beach feels private with only a few houses near by. You’re only a 15 min walk to Tim’s on the Bay for great food and atmosphere. Our host, Frank, was super helpful and always quick to respond to any need. I highly recommend this house. We will be coming back soon! Thanks Frank for making the trip perfect!

Everything you could ever need!

My buddies and I took a guys’ trip to Exuma and chose to stay at Pure Serenity. There were six of us, and this house was perfect for us. The pool was terrific, and it was ideal if you wanted to bask on the sun deck or sit on the submerged ledge. Each bedroom had everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. From extra pillows to white noise fans, there isn’t anything that hasn’t been thought of. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils if you want to get groceries and cook daily. What we liked the most is that because this house is centered on the island, you can walk down the beach 1/2 mile and eat and drink at Tim’s on The Bay. I ran on the beach every morning. As I was running, I noticed that you could run to either the right or left, but within a mile or so, you came to an impassable rock ledge where waves wouldn’t allow you to cross. What this allowed was your own private beach. I would estimate that there are probably 15 homes between the north and south rock walls, but during our stay, I did not see many people on the beach, which was nice if you’re looking for that type of seclusion. Pure Serenity is truly paradise. Whether you are coming for a honeymoon, a family getaway, or just hanging out with old friends, this place leaves nothing to chance and has everything you would desire. We will definitely stay here again

Priceless memories

My family and I enjoyed Pure Serenity for 8 nights, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We can’t say enough about how much this vacation was enjoyed. The home is perfectly designed with enough space for everyone. The entire home is well kept and had everything you need from the kitchen, living space, and bedrooms. The whole house audio system was an excellent feature. The views from the master bedroom, kitchen, and dining room are breathtaking. From the moment walking thru the front door you are greeted with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was perfect for the 8 of us. The outside is top notch with a ton of patio space. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. From the pool to the beach is amazing with kayaks/paddleboard which were used plenty. The design of this property was well planned. Property is nicely located within minutes from airport. Also within minutes to grocery stores and fabulous restaurants. Communication was easy and painless with the owner. He coordinated our excursion day with sharks/pigs/iguanas and would highly recommend it. Recommendations of restaurants and things to see and do were spot on. Priceless memories were made with my family and we will be back!! Thank you Pure Serenity for making this a reality. This home would be highly recommended to anyone looking to experience Exuma.

Christmas and New Year's stay

Great property, the description and photos were exactly what we experienced - lovely heated pool, beautiful beach, clean, new home, centrally located for a day excursion from Barraterre and another in Little Exuma. Terrelle answered any question we had within minutes. We will be back to Exuma and won't look to stay anywhere else but Pure Serenity Villa, Moss Town.

Family trip with adult children and our 3 year old granddaughter. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week in beautiful Exuma. This property is fantastic! The beach is sooooo amazing, the pool is fab, the amenities are all you need! We absolutely loved it. We had an AC issue the first night in one of the bedrooms and the owner was on it, it was fixed the next day! Communication was great as well. The perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time! We loved that the property is minutes from the airport, sits back off the road, and is on a private beach. The views from the villa are stunning! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach towels, extra linens, and a detailed list of nearby restaurants and attractions. Terrelle, the property manager, was awesome! He was quick to respond to all of our questions and so helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Believe the hype!

Exuma did not disappoint, it is truly paradise and Pure Serenity is nestled right in the middle of it all. The house was perfect for two families of four. The sand on the beach was amazing and was by far the nicest beach we saw all week. Check in was easy, Terrelle was very helpful. The house is close to the airport and also somewhat in the middle of the island so you can get to restaurants grocery and activities at either end in a reasonable time. We had a great time and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
