The Space:

Step inside this bright and airy beachside cottage, where open living spaces make it easy to feel at home. After a day of exploring, sink into the oversized white sectional sofa in the spacious living room. The functional kitchen is stocked with essentials like tea and coffee, ready for you to prepare a simple breakfast or a family dinner.



Enjoy a meal together before stepping out onto the front verandah. Here, you can unwind with a glass of wine, overlooking the peaceful garden while the kids and your family pet play safely on the lawn. The home features a modern, fully-tiled bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.



Bed Configuration:



Main Bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed

Second Bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed

Third Bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed (with access to the sunroom)

Fourth Bedroom (Sunroom): 1 x Double Bed, 1 x Single Bed



Please note that there is a second dwelling on the property, located at th rear - but please be ensured you will have complete privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire main house throughout their stay.



* Self Check-in: Entry is simple and convenient via a lockbox. The code will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in.

* Parking: Driveway parking is available for your vehicles.

* Restricted Areas: Please note that guest access does not include the garage or the second, occupied dwelling at the rear of the property. Your privacy is ensured with screening from the back deck area.

Getting Around:

Getting around Mossy Point is easy! Most places are within walking or biking distance, including the beach, river, café, and boat ramp. Hire a kayak or bike locally to explore the waterways and scenic paths. If you’re heading further afield, buses and A2B Car Services, as well as Bay Taxis, are available to nearby towns like Broulee, Moruya, and Batemans Bay.



Other Things to Note:

* Second Dwelling: Please be aware that there is a second, occupied dwelling at the rear of the property. Your privacy is ensured with screening from the back deck area. Access is not permitted beyond the enclosed back deck.

* What We Provide: We provide all bed linen and bath towels for your stay, along with a starter pack of essentials like body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies.

* What to Bring: We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels for your seaside adventures.
