Superb location Hotel is slightly tired. Food ok. Staff very good.

Wouldnt come Again
Pros:the staff were very friendly i must say

Location:was a tiny town about 20 minute drive which had nothing in it besides a few shops like newsagents and garages, but area beautiful were hotel was
Me and my boyfriend booked a one night stay away to the Crover house for our anniversary travelling from dublin, we spent 140 euro on a 'superior' room which claimed to be this fabulously spacious room with a deep soaking tub , when we arrived after our 1hour and 40 minute journey she checked us in staff was lovely there but there was a wedding going on so they were super busy, which is understandable. she directed us to our room on the first floor which we thought was odd for a superior suite, when we reached the room it was a tiny plain room with a stand up shower , I returned immediately to reception and explained that is not what i ordered and i showed her my itinerary she changed my room with the only room up available and when we got to that room it was still small no deep soaking tub view of the back car park , but we settled. we saw persecco and cake left on the table and we thought that's very nice of the hotel doing that for the mix up, then the door knocks and the maid comes in and says sorry there was a mistake that the food wasn't meant for us ? me and my partner were shocked after two moves to the room we weren't promised we were not happy at all I felt neglected by the hotel due to a wedding being on and i wouldn't return unfortunately.
