Upstairs, the third bedroom features two double beds and a leather sofa, making it ideal for kids or extra guests!

Throughout the home, you’ll find white oak hardwood floors, tall ceilings, recessed lighting, and stylish touches that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Start your mornings on the front porch with rocking chairs overlooking a quiet neighborhood street, or spend your evenings on the back deck with seating for six and a covered gas grill. The fenced backyard is shaded by tall live oaks and features the home’s namesake, a charming working well, adding a unique touch to the outdoor space.

The kitchen is a standout for anyone who loves to cook, with two stoves including a five burner gas cooktop built into a large island, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and folding area. The open layout continues into the dining and living areas, where a large dining table, island seating, and a comfortable living room with a 65 inch Smart TV make gathering easy and enjoyable.

On the main level, the primary suite offers a king bed, generous storage, and a private bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk in closet. A second bedroom and full bathroom are also located on this floor. Upstairs, the oversized bedroom feels like its own retreat with private bathroom, multiple sleeping options, desks, cozy seating, and fun extras for kids and adults alike. Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms, along with fast Wi Fi throughout the home.
